Remarks:

The rates given for the driver is subject to increase due the anticipated DOLE minimum salary increase. Rates provided are exclusive of bonuses. Should DOLE proceed with the new salary increase, the monthly cost would be 16,613.27 Php.

However, most of the MPI expat drivers are direct salaried and contracted by their employer (the expat). Normal cost for direct contract drivers ranges from 17K-19K with the government mandated benefits being paid directly by the employer to his/her driver. Some drivers receives performance bonuses as well as their 13th month pay on top of their salary.
