Overview

This cone crusher is suitable for crushing various

kinds of ores and rocks with medium over hardness

and it has the features of reliable structure, high

production efficiency, convenient adjustment and

economic use. The spring safety system is the

overload protection device which is able to make

the iron go through the crushing chamber without

damaging machine. It adopts two sealing means:

dry oil and water to separate stone powders and

lubrication grease, thus ensuring reliable work of

the machine.

Applied material:

Pebble Diabase Gold ore Quartz

Eccentric and thrust rollerbearings create cam andlever crushing action. Large crusher feed opening

yields high performance.

Labyrinth seal and pistonring provide a dual sealingsystem, keeping oil cleanand reducing wear.

External lockingcylinders are accessiblefor maintenance.

Internal counterweightsenable the crusher tobe balanced at all times.

Head skirt protectscounterweights and seals.

Countershaft assemblyuses tapered bearingsto reduce end play andextend gear life.

Optional hydraulic anti-spinsystem reduces manganeseliner wear, requires noresetting or maintenance.

Long inner and outer bronzesleeves allow radial crushingforces to be distributed over awide area.

Easily replaceable frameliner, frame-arm liner andcountershaft box liners offerdecades of protection.
