When you attend a conference does your energy level look like this?
![Page 3: Conference Coma](https://reader033.vdocuments.net/reader033/viewer/2022051108/5446bfa5b1af9fe33a8b4695/html5/thumbnails/3.jpg)

![Page 4: Conference Coma](https://reader033.vdocuments.net/reader033/viewer/2022051108/5446bfa5b1af9fe33a8b4695/html5/thumbnails/4.jpg)
but chances are your energy is all over the place because of what you’re putting into your body.
![Page 5: Conference Coma](https://reader033.vdocuments.net/reader033/viewer/2022051108/5446bfa5b1af9fe33a8b4695/html5/thumbnails/5.jpg)
So here are 5 tips to prevent the all-mighty conference coma
![Page 6: Conference Coma](https://reader033.vdocuments.net/reader033/viewer/2022051108/5446bfa5b1af9fe33a8b4695/html5/thumbnails/6.jpg)
Stay hydrated
1.
![Page 7: Conference Coma](https://reader033.vdocuments.net/reader033/viewer/2022051108/5446bfa5b1af9fe33a8b4695/html5/thumbnails/7.jpg)
Drink lots of water.
Dehydration is the leading cause of daytime fatigue.
Keep a bottle handy and keep drinking throughout the day.
You’re probably drinking a lot less than you should.
![Page 8: Conference Coma](https://reader033.vdocuments.net/reader033/viewer/2022051108/5446bfa5b1af9fe33a8b4695/html5/thumbnails/8.jpg)
Be cautious with quick boosts.
Too much caffeine coming from energy drinks, diet sodas and coffee will tax your adrenals which make your energy levels crash even more.
![Page 9: Conference Coma](https://reader033.vdocuments.net/reader033/viewer/2022051108/5446bfa5b1af9fe33a8b4695/html5/thumbnails/9.jpg)
Keep it natural.
Water or unsweetened tea is best.
Green tea has a fraction of the amount of caffeine that coffee has and will still give you a boost.
