10.2 INVOLUNTARY CANCELLATION

A distributor’s violation of any of the terms of agreement, including any amendments that may be made by It Works! in its sole discre-tion, may result in any of the sanctions listed in Section 8.1 including the involuntary cancellation of his or her Distributor Agreement. Cancellation shall be effective on the date on which written notice is mailed, emailed, faxed or delivered to an express courier for delivery to the Distributor’s last known address (or fax number), or to his/her attorney, or when the Distributor receives actual notice of cancella-tion, whichever comes first.

Company reserves the right to terminate all Distributor Agreement’s upon thirty (30) days written notice in the event that it elects to (1) cease business operations; (2) dissove as a corporate entity: or (3) terminate distribution of its products via direct selling.

Diamond Christy BottomsI went to conference in January, only 2 months after signing as a DT.  I had been to many hair shows and conferences before, and thought I knew what to expect...but it was so much more.It was amazing to be in one (large) room with so many people who have the same vision as you.  It felt almost immediately as if you were "family".  As I listened to the stories on stage of hardships and successes, I really felt that I was a part of something much bigger than I knew.  One story in particular really hit home for me and made me realize that I, too, can do this!  Listening to Mark, Pam, Luis and Dr. Don have me confidence in not only the products, but th integrity of the company.I met so many wonderful people,made new friends and learned invaluable information...there is no way I would miss this life changing experience!
