DESCRIPTION

I'm glad to share with you the presentation I gave at the Jump Forum in Brussels about experiencing flow at work. Flow is the optimal experience in this case at work. You're completely absorbed by the task you're doing, it makes sense for you to do it, you're enjoying it and being perfomant. When people are experiencing flow, they're fulfilled, motivated and engaged. They become the catalyst of a long-lasting performance for their company. The beginning of a virtuous circle. Feel free to contact me for more information on how you could adopt the Flow in your organization.

What is the Flow?

Flow is a mental and emotional state in which a person performing an activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment in the process of the activity. In essence, flow is characterized by complete absorption in what one does. Proposed by Mihály Csíkszentmihályi, this positive psychology concept has been widely referenced across a variety of fields (sports, education, culture, work, …).
