RULE 1To be admitted to the CNO Business Meeting, members are required to wear your ID badges issued upon registration.

RLUE 2A member desirous of addressing the convention shall rise, go to the microphone and await recognition by the chair, before addressing the convention. Once recognised by the chair the memeber must state his or her name and country of residence.

RULE 3No member shall speak in debate more than twice to the same motion, nor longer than two minutes without permission of the members in attendance granted by a two-thirds vote without debate. Members may not speak for a second time during debate until all those wishing to speak for a fi rst time have been recognized.
