Custodial Module – A Powerful Tool
The Custodial Management module was re-written in 2016. TMA now offers either the Custodial
Management module or the Custodial Management for Service Providers module (original
version). The new module simplifies the implementation process by including the latest APPA and
ISSA standards while adding more features and functionality for managing custodial operations.
Using mobileTMA GO or WebTMA GO, the new tool can update custodial space/item records in
the field, schedule inspections similar to scheduling PM’s, determine FTE’s, and more. The session
will also present a suggested dashboard for managing your custodial operations.

You can easily schedule current and future work orders by technicians while graphically viewing their
workload as a list view, on a calendar, or as a Gantt chart. Learn the most efficient way to utilize this
module to manage and change both direct and indirect (sick time, training time, etc.) labor based on
priorities, work type, start time, or end time. The session includes a review of Time Management,
Review Assignments, and Batch Attendance features. In addition, this session will also give a brief glance
at WebTMA’s Universal Interface for Human Resources, a powerful tool for passing timecard data to
your payroll system as a single-entry process.

WebTMA Interfaces and Integrations
TMA has a variety of Interfaces and Integrations that allow WebTMA to be a more integral part
of the work flow process of your organization. They allow your organization to operate in the
most efficient manner possible by providing you the ability to integrate WebTMA with
applications that span a wide variety of industries and platforms. WebTMA offers a variety of
Universal Interfaces, they include: Universal Financial Interface, Universal Procurement
Interface, Universal Interface for HR, and a variety of others. In addition, there are Integrations
to specific products. These include: StarRez Interface, ECRI Interface, RSMeans Interface, BIM
Interface, as well as others. Gain an understanding of how these interfaces work and how they

What's New in WebTMA
TMA continually adds new features and functionality to WebTMA. Enhancements this year to
our current product offering include improvements related to customer surveys, time card
approvals, priority colors for mobileTMA GO and WebTMA GO, the Key Management module,
and integrations with PublicStuff, ATG, StarRez and RSMeans. This presentation will review
these and other enhancements that have been released since UC17 as well as discuss
Engineering efforts on “Project Refresh.”

features used by General Inspections. This workshop will provide you the basic information on how
these inspection tools can simplify and streamline your Custodial and Room inspection process. You will
learn how to use Custodial Inspections to quickly inspect the custodial services and Room Inspections to

WebTMA GO – The Power of the iPad (Workshop)
WebTMA GO is a powerful tool with a significant amount of advanced functionality. This hands-on
workshop provides exposure to the features and functionality of this tool. See how your
organization can save time and money with advanced maintenance management software on an
iPad. iPads are provided to attendees to learn the basics of creating work orders, reviewing
assigned work, converting requests, and attaching linked documents. Depending on the interest of
attendees and time permitting, the presenter may cover scheduling work orders, taking item
inventories, performing stockroom functions, and entering inspection results.

WebTMA Report Writer (Workshop)
A hands-on workshop that provides basic instructions on how to create reports from scratch or
how to modify one of the more than 600 pre-existing reports within WebTMA. See the power of
the WebTMA Report Writer, and understand how you can generate reports on screen, print them,
e-mail them, download them as Microsoft Excel files, or save them in formats such as HTML,
Image, or PDF. In addition, learn how to create and use sub-reports to expand the capabilities of
your reporting.
