1. Stand up with a small space in front of you.
2. Imagine a brightly glowing circle on the floor in front of you with your light blue
Mazda 3 Convertable in it.
3. **Remember a time when you felt totally motivated, a specific time. And as youbegin to really feel totally motivated step forward into the brightly glowing circle and
into those shoes.
4. **As soon as you notice the feelings begin to subside take a step backwards out ofthe glowing circle.
5. Repeat Step #3 to #4:

Intervention:
Is it ok for you to make the changes today and for your conscious mind to have
awareness of it?
TRANCE
So now... just settle back and relax yourself.... take a deep breath and then just let it
go... that's right....
Now take another breath and feel your eyes closing down.... and as your eyes are
closing let your body relax....
As you rest so quietly there, just listening to the sound of my voice, I would like you now
to concentrate on your feet and your toes. Concentrate on the muscles of your feet and
feel any tension there in those muscles hold that tension and now just let it go
allowing those muscles to soften and to loosen as you relax those muscles completely,
letting go of tension letting go of anxiety now. Now concentrate on the muscles of
your ankles your calves and your knees, becoming aware now of the tension in thosemuscles feel that tension there hold that tension and nowjust let it all go
allowing those muscles to soften and to loosen relaxing releasing just letting go
as you listen to the sounds of my voice nothing bothers you or concerns you each
word that I utter is just a signal for you to relax and go deeper and, as you go deeper
now, you can become aware of the large muscles ofyour thighs feel the tension in
those muscles feel the tightnesshere and then just let it go those large muscles
softening loosening lengthening, as all the tension just drains away now as
relaxation continues If you have done this correctly, you will become aware of that
comfortable heaviness as your legs relax.
Now allow that heaviness and relaxation to move into the muscles of your buttocks and
your pelvic region, all tension draining down now like the fine black sand in an hourglass
down into the bottomof the glass the passing of time time to relax and allow
those comfortable feelings to continue as those muscles release all tension soften
lengthen and loosen, and you drift deeper and deeper as my voice drifts with you now.
Now become aware of the muscles of your stomach and of your lower back feel the
tension in those muscles and as yourelease that tension and those muscles relax
soften lengthen loosen, you go deeper still as your body relaxes and your mind
relaxes with it into peace and tranquillity, but now I really wouldnt want you to relax too

quickly its so much easier for you to allow that feeling to continue as you listen to the
sounds of my voice the sounds in the room, and you can recognise that ability that is
yours, to relax, and to reflect on your problems in a certain way.
Aware now of those muscles in your chest and your back awareof your breathing
aware now of how relaxed and how quiet your breathing has become with each gentle
breath you breathe out tension breathe out anxiety then breathe in peace
harmony a feeling of security as muscles release their tension softening and
loosening as you drift ever deeper feeling so comfortable and so good. Now become
aware of the muscles of your arms your hands, your shoulders, as you allow that
relaxation to continue, relaxing each muscle, releasing tension, that comfortable
heaviness continuing now, and it really can seem now to be too much effort to try even
to make the effort to move those arms that are so heavy now as you listen to that voice
speaking to you in soothing tones that relax you even deeper. Now the muscles of your
neck feel the tension here now let it go and feel your neck shorten, as those
muscles soften lengthen loosen all tension draining away now as your conscious
mind becomes more and more comfortable and your unconscious mind assumes more
and more of the responsibility for guiding and directing your thoughts your responses,
as you allow this trance to continue. Now become aware of the muscles of your face
your jaw allow those muscles to just sag now as you release all of that tension your
teeth slightly apart you feel the tip of your tongue now just brushing the back of your
teeth as you drift still deeper relaxing releasing just letting go completely. Thatfeeling of relaxation can continue now into the muscles ofyour scalp the furrows of
your forehead smooth over now as all tension just drains away and your entire body
relaxes driftingin space that free floating place of effortless letting go as you now
begin to use this opportunity to learn even more about your ability to relax and to let
go completely as you drift into thistrance more and more deeply more and more
effortlessly and I continue to talk to you.
Now I know how difficult it can seem to someone with your intelligence to recognise thatit can make a pleasant change for me to have the privilege to work with someone of
your intellectual ability instead of some who come here and sit in that relaxation chair
there and even they with their eyes closed can be so small minded always
appearing mad at the world and never giving a moment for themselves to relax
Those are the ones who just feel that they have no need at all to listen to what is said or
not said putting values on everything values that have no place here no value
there as they refuse to learn anything that will help them to see the world in a
different light that will allow them to care that they can care for themselves and
be comfortable too It is so comforting too to know that you have that capacity to
use your ability in that way to learn and to accept that it can be such a relaxing

experience to allowthat drifting into a trance to occur without concerning yourself
as you try to be aware of all that is said the exact meaning of all the words and of
all those events that occur in your own thoughts or awareness You can know too
that you can choose to forget to choose to pay that attention to all that happens
here in your experience or not there or what changes or stays the same and
what about that girl who set out to travel to a place where she needed to be? She
knew that she had been told the right way to go keep to the left for the first part
thats right so easy at first and then take that turn to the right thats right not the
left because what is right is to take a right then what is left cannot be right until the
turn that is next that is left the turn to the left that will be right that takes her straight
to the next turn that is right and if that turn is right then she would be turning left
onto the right road and then all that was left was to relax and be totally
unconcerned because all that was left to do now was to continue right on down
that road that went up the hill to the right of the white house on the left and then go
right and then left to be absolutely right It really can seem to be too much effort at
times to be so concerned about what is right that can best be left to those who need
to know that which may turn out to be that or perhaps something else entirely
which could be right too if that was all that was left And I know that you will be only
too pleased to remember that when you consider that so many things can be the
same but different too like one and one are two which can bealso too and then two
and two are four but then what for if not to relax and begin to recognise that youreally do not know what is no here or yes there where to go to where you can let
go and allow those things to occur in their own time as you let go while holding on to
that new recognition that what you know is that which is that there is nothing that
you require to do or not do as your ability allows you to be totally relaxed and
comfortable as you recognise that what I say can mean so many different things It
can be so easy to accept all those things and to be completely comfortable and relaxed
with all that is so right and be left with that train of thought that could allow you to
stay on track and recognise that too was not worth the effort that takes so mucheffort as you try to remember so many things and to understand NO need for
understanding The conscious of your mind can do anything go any place it wishes to
without that need at all for you to be so concerned that your subconscious is concerned
to hear allthat is important to you as you continue to listen to the sound of my
voice that drifts down with you now into that calm drifting drifting of thoughts and
of experience too that can go so slow so quickly now as that relaxation that is yours
becomes more and more as you can allow the subconscious of your mind to take too
the responsibility for guiding your thoughts and your experience into a quiet calmness
that follows when dreams can be turning within as the wheel turns and the world
turns all on its own nothing at all for you to do or to be concerned with at all as

you drift effortlessly down into that drifting place where nothing is left but only what is
right for you to where your own inner mind waits too with those wisdoms that are
yours and those things needed too.
and as you are relaxing you can move your attention to your eyes. Just become aware of
those eyes, and the little muscles that control your eyelids.... I'm going to count to three
. . . With each count your eyelids will close tighter and tighter . . . At the count of three
they will be stuck tightly . . . So tight, you won't be able to open them . . . One . . .
Tighter and tighter . . . Two . . . Tighter and tighter . . . Three . . . Tight; so tight, you
cannot open them . . . Try, but you can't . . . The harder you try, the tighter they stick.
and those eyes can become so relaxed that you just cannot open them... and as long as
you keep that relaxation there.... those eyelids will become so relaxed... so tired, so
heavy... that you just cannot open them....
That's right... and just enjoy that feeling of relaxation getting deeper and deeper....
Now as I slowly count down from five to one just let yourself drift deeper and
deeper doubling your relaxation with each count more and more into that relaxation
(Repeat --- Increase interval between counts):
Five double that relaxation .
Four double that relaxation .
Three deeper and deeper drifting down and deeper still down and down
Two down down down down
One doubling that level of relaxation

Just rest and relax now. Just rest and relax.
Now as I slowly from one to five just let yourself drift deeper and deeper tripling
your relaxation with each count more and more into that relaxation
(Repeat --- Increase interval between counts):
One triple that level of relaxation
Two down down down down
Three deeper and deeper drifting down and deeper still down and down
Four triple that relaxation .
Five triple that relaxation .
Just rest and relax now. Just rest and relax. Feeling safe and secure.warm and
comfortable . With pleasant thoughts going through your mind ..
and you know Tia we are coming to the start of spring ... it is spring although you might
not think it... And I wonder if you can remember springs long ago? And springs bring
daffodils and other flowers.... and maybe you can remember a paddock or a meadow or
a field where there were lovely spring flowers and how the weather begins to get more
gentle.... a little warmer... a little more comfortable... and as time goes on summer
comes along... and its warm... and the nights are long and everywhere the trees are
green and little girls go out to play ... and there's warmth and friends to play with...
except for one little girl
Now you will be aware that some people get a lot of pleasure from taking care of others
in different ways. Even young children who need to be taken care of themselves
seem to genuinely enjoy doing little things to please those whom they love and care
for those they want to protect. I am reminded of a friend of mine who had a very
different experience as a little girl who was raised by her father a self-centered selfish
and narcissistic girl who forbade his daughter from ever being better than her and
made sure that she wasnt. That little girl was deprived of the simple pleasures in life
and basic necessities and she was never allowed to know that she was prettier
smarter nicer or more talented than her father had ever been. Somehow that little

girl knew that she had to do whatever she could to break out of this pessimistic life. It
wasnt just that it was dangerous in those days to offend the high and mighty who was
her father the little girl really did want to take care of herself and make sure that
she never felt sad. So she acted stupid neglected herself and put on lots of weight
and whenever she did something well, she hastened to explain why it just didnt count
and that little girl became very good at one thing at criticising herself and everything
she did. But try as she might her talents and abilities shone through and she still
excelled and accomplished so much in spite of herself which made it harder for her not
to feel that she had done something wrong even years after her father had died. This
was because there was something deep inside her that said that it was bad and it was
mean to be better than father in any way. And she continued to feel that way until one
day she really got mad after sitting in a trance for a time and realised what her father
had done and decided that she had a right to take care of herself as well as she had
taken care of others. So she learned how to praise herself as she recognised her own
talents and abilities her capacity for achieving those worthwhile goals so important to
her speaking inwardly to herself with that still quiet voice of wisdom that spoke of
positivity and self reliance reminding herself of her talents and her abilities to love and
to care for herself even as she cared for others important to her.
I wonder if you can know how much love she found within so much for herself and so
much to give and how happy she became about those things that she was able to do.
And when she crawled into her bed all soft and warm she was able to allow herself tofeel glad about being the person that she was and then to tell her mother she was not
sorry that she had grown up to be so content with her life and herself that it was now
time to be set free and to obey the natural and undeniable yet gentle truth of self-
determination using the talents and the abilities which had been given to her that were
positive and beneficial moving forward now nolonger shackled to what was gone
forever growing as the plants and the trees do moving ever on towards the light.
And sometimes you get a very special day.... a day when the sky's a particular shade of
blue.... a day when the sun is warm... the breeze is just right... and everything smells
fresh... and maybe you can smell the sea.... seaweed and rocks and little fish darting...
and as you look around you can wonder how many shades of green there are.... there's
dark green and light green and mid green.. and all kinds of green... there's apple green
and forest green and olive green...
And on days like that people can go for walks... sometimes people walk for a lot further
than they expect to.... sometimes people can get lost... it's as if they are in a fog or a
mist... and summer mists can come up suddenly...

And talking about walks .. I recall a story I was once told .
Its about the The Ogre and the Wizard
Once upon a time there was a little girl who was very intelligent and gifted. Everywhere
she went there was a mean old ogre who would follow in her footsteps and whisper in
her ear. The mean old ogre made her carry a bag around. And into the bag, would go
heavy rocks. Everywhere they went, as they walked along, the ogre would whisper in the
girl's ear, "There's a rock you need to carry. Pick it up! Put it in your bag!"
"Look, there's a rock about feeling worthless! Pick it up right now and put it in your bag."
And the little girl did so, because she was afraid. "I have to do what the ogre says." And
the bag got heavier and heavier.
"Look, there's a rock about pessimism! Pick it up and put it in your bag."
And the little girl did so, because she was afraid. "I have to do what the ogre says." And
the bag got heavier and heavier.
"Look, there's a rock about your not being a fast runner! Pick it up and put it in your
bag."
And the little girl did so, because she was afraid. "I have to do what the ogre says." And
the bag got heavier and heavier.
"Look, there's a rock for you always being afraid to fail! Pick it up and put it in your bag."
And the little girl did so, because she was afraid. "I have to do what the ogre says." And
the bag got heavier and heavier.
"Look, there's a rock about your frustrations! Pick it up and put it in your bag."
And the little girl did so, because she was afraid. "I have to do what the ogre says." And
the bag got heavier and heavier.
"Look, there's a rock about your anger! Pick it up and put it in your bag."
And the little girl did so, because she was afraid. "I have to do what the ogre says." And
the bag got heavier and heavier.
"Look, there's a rock about your not feeling confident! Pick it up and put it in your bag."
And the little girl did so, because she was afraid. "I have to do what the ogre says." And

"Look, there's a rock about your helplessness! Pick it up and put it in your bag."

Everywhere the girl went she had to pick up more and more rocks. And the bag got
heavier and heavier. Finally the bag got so heavy that it took every ounce of energy the
little girl had drag it along the path.
One day, as she and the ogre were walking along the path next to a lake, a Wizard
peeked out from behind a tree. She watched the little girl struggling with the heavy bag,
as she kept picking up more rocks and putting them in. She also could see the outline of
the ugly ogre walking behind the girl, whispering to her. She noticed that it was the
same size as the little girl, and it stayed very close to her. Now, the Wizard felt very
sorry for the little girl. It seemed such a shame for her to keep dragging around such a
heavy load.
And so, the Wizard jumped out into the path, startling the little girl. The Wizard's hat
was tall and pointed and had many stars of silver on it. She had a long, deep purpose
cape with all kinds of magical figures on it in gold. Every move she made sent sparkles
all around. She was very tall; and in her right hand she held a long black wand with a
crystal on it's point.
The Wizard asked the girl, "Why are you carrying that bag of heavy rocks?"
"An ogre keeps telling me I have to," replied the girl.
"Why do you have to?" asked the Wizard.
"I don't know, she just tells me I must," cried the girl. "And even though my bag isalready too heavy, she keeps making me put in more and more rocks."
Then the Wizard asked, "Well, how much longer do you want to drag around that bag of
heavy rocks?"
"I don't want to drag it around," the girl insisted, "but she says I must."
"Why don't you just stop listening to the ogre," asked the Wizard.
"Because I'm afraid of her," replied the little girl.
"Nonsense!" said the Wizard. All you need is a little courage and confidence, and you'll
be rid of the rocks."
"But how do I get courage and confidence?" asked the girl.
The wizard replied, "If you really want to get rid of those heavy rocks, I can create some
magic with my wand. I'll simply tap you on your right shoulder and send courage into
you. And then I'll tap you on your left shoulder and send confidence into you. And, you'll
be able to get rid of the ogre... and the rocks. But, the question is, do you really want to
get rid of them?"
"Oh, I DO want to get rid of the rocks! " cried the girl. "Please Mr. Wizard, please give
me some magic so I won't have to carry this weight any longer."

So the Wizard struck the little girl hard on the right shoulder with her magic wand,
sending red sparks everywhere. "There's your Courage!" Then she struck her hard on
the left shoulder with her magic wand, sending blue sparks everywhere. "There's your
Confidence! "The rest is up to you."
And the Wizard immediately disappeared in a puff of smoke.
Suddenly, the girl felt stronger and unafraid.
The ogre complained, "Don't listen to that guy!" It's important that you keep picking up
those heavy rocks like I've told you."
But the girl wouldn't listen any longer. she dragged her heavy bag over to the side of the
lake. she pulled out the biggest stone in the bag and heaved it out into the water as far
as she could. One by one, she took out each rock and threw it as far as she could into
the middle of the lake where there was a big deep hole.
And the next and the next and the next . .And the little girl felt lighter and lighter.
As each rock went in, the girl could feel the ogre behind her getting smaller and smaller
and smaller, until, finally, with the very last rock, the ogre disappeared altogether.
And the little girl went off down the path, with the empty sack slung over her shoulder,
whistling as she went.
and people who are stuck in the mist . And are in limbo .think they must go back...
and yet it is just as easy to go forward as to go back... when you are in a mist... and
sometimes if you are walking in a mist... you can wander into different places...
somewhere you have never been before... and as you walk through that mist... it is
possible... that the mist will clear... and you find yourself under that incredibly brilliant
sky... just the right shade... and below there are groves of trees... in all colours of
green... and as you take a few more steps... you realise you on the top of a hill.... and
you reach the top ofthis hill, you explore .and in front of you, you see a cave And
you get curious what could this cave be for .
When the voice inside of you tells you that thats the forgiveness cave .and until you
have forgiven, you cannot wonder further on this journey .. so you agree..
First, I make it clear that the act of forgiving has nothing to do with the other person
deserving forgiveness. Even if there are many things that explain why a person did what
they have done. When you hold on to the act of another the act and that person has a

greater hold on you and can hold you back. The act and fact of releasing is both freeing
and empowering.
As you step into the cave, theres a rock .. a rock that you seat yourself on. So you
have a seat. Theres a voice a voice that sounds familiar to you . amidst the dark,
she/she stands a short distance from you.
Its your voice that says
For your own sake, Please forgive me for everything I have done to you real or
imagined by accident or on purpose by acting or failing to act do forgive me and set me
free. And in setting me free you set yourself free for health and happiness
Tia, "Without condoning, do you forgive or release that person from the apology they
used to owe you?"
YES >> Very Good. give her a hug to let her know that you are free of her.
[Move to next person]
After all done .
Notice now, the cave opening up above you .What Id like you to do now is, I want to
imagine the top of your head opening up, as you continue to stand in the cave and I
want you to invite in from up above an infinite source of love and light and healing to
pour in from the top of your head, filling your entire body from the top of your head all
the way down to the tips of your toes, healing you in every way, filling you as if you
were an empty vessel. Invite that infinite source of love and light and healing to pour in
from the top of your head, filling your entire body, healing you in every way, and now
allow that infinite source of love and light and healing to overflow out of your heart. As
that source of love and light and healing begins to overflow out of your heart, allow it to
fill the air to reach each and every individual that you forgave, filling each and every
with that infinite source of love and light and healing overflowing out your heart.
EMOTIONAL OBLIT PROCESS
And while youre in the process of letting go .you have more to let go . Its time to let
go of wasteful emotions..such as:

- Frustration
- Self doubt
- Hurt
-Loneliness
Go ahead and get in touch with those emotions light it up in your neurology and Id
like you to go on a journey of unconsciousness. Trace it back, allow your unconscious to
be the guide as you go back to the very first event the first time it was ever an issue
for you. You may not know consciously the content of that event, but that doesnt
matter What does matter is that you trust your unconscious to take you right back to
that very first event of that negative emotion, which when you disconnect it there will
cause it to disappear for you forever as an issue in your life And then find yourself in a
place of safety before that event before the very first event, or any events that led to
it.
And as youre there in the place of safety before the very first event right now, its time
reflect on it, keeping your spirit high. Rise right up above the stream of time, keeping
your spirit high, and find yourself in the learning position directly above that event.
Notice that the event looks so tiny and insignificant down below.
Now, as youre in the learning position now, its time to preserve the learnings. What are
the positive learnings for yourself and for the future which when you preserve those
learnings now will allow you to release the emotion easily and effortlessly. Allow those
learnings to come to you now. Those learnings which will allow this whole set of
circumstances to serve a far grander purpose in your life the purpose it was meant to
serve.
And when you have these learnings, I want you to light a firecracker on that event and
let it explode off your timeline
Thats right it did, very good. Hear the voices deep within congratulating you on having
the mindset of the champion.
And now, its time to eliminate the limiting decision that you once made about your
happiness being short-lived whenever something is going good for you .

Go ahead and get in touch with that limiting decision and light it up in your neurology
hasnt it been present long enough? Resolve yourself today that this is the final day that
this will ever be a problem in your life. And now ask your unconscious to take you on a
journey of unconsciousness. Trace it back, allow your unconscious to be the guide as you
go back to the very first event the first time it was ever an issue for you. You may not
know the content of that event, but that doesnt matter does it? No What does matter
is that you trust your unconscious to take you right back to that very first event of that
limiting decision which when you disconnect it there will cause it to disappear for you
forever as an issue in your life And then go right down into the event, see what you
saw, hear what you heard and feel the feelings of being there. Notice that as youre back
there, become aware of any emotions that are present, but notice that you can keep
your spirit high. And you may need to fast forward or rewind the movie to get to the
point where the decision was made. But become aware of the decision that was made.
. Rise right up above the stream of time, keeping your spirit high, and find yourself in
the learning position directly above that event. Notice that the event looks so tiny and
insignificant down below.
Now, as youre in the learning position now, its time to preserve the learnings. What are
the positive learnings for yourself and for the future which when you preserve those
learnings now will allow you to release the emotion and the decision easily andeffortlessly. Allow those learnings to come to you now. Those learnings which will allow
this whole set of circumstances to serve a far grander purpose in your life the purpose
it was meant to serve.
Good, now I want you to take those positive learnings for yourself and the future and I
want you to catalogue them at the unconscious level in that special place that you
reserve for all such learnings in such a way that they can change the future for you in a
powerful and positive way.
And when you have these learnings, I want you to light a firecracker on that event and
let it explode off your timeline
Then come all the way back until now, but only as quickly as you can notice three
opportunities that you missed in the past in light of that old decision and see them now
for the opportunities that they were and are for the future. And with each one of those
opportunities feel the excitement within about the prospect of more of those
opportunities that will surely be present as you move powerfully into the future.

RECOLOUR ANY ODDS
What I want you to imagine right now. I want you to imagine a ring of light, like a
donut of light at the crown of your head. Imagine that ring of light, that donut of light,spreading out beginning to descend down and around your head, cutting cleansing
severing any remaining energetic connections to people emotions and decisions,
coming down around your forehead, then your eyes, the bridge of your nose,
cheekbones, cutting cleansing severing any remaining energetic connections.
Coming down around the jaw line, then the mouth, then the neck, cutting cleansing
severing any remaining energetic connections. Coming down around the shoulders,
branching down the arms, down each arm and around each bicep, cutting cleansing
severing any remaining energetic connections to people emotions and decisions.

see further... much further than you have ever seen before....
And things can look very different... when you leave the fog.... that mist hides so many
things... things from the past... and if they are hidden in the past... then... you may as
well forget about them..... there's no point in thinking about things that are past....
and so you can look forward.... and maybe there's a sunny rock to lean against... and
you feel the warmth coming out of that rock... and that can make you feel good ... about
a lot of things and feeling confident... about how far you can see ahead with all the
clarity... and maybe from that vantage point... you can see things you have not seen
before.... if you look really closely... really carefully.... you can see where you are
going... because where you have been is just mist.... not important... it doesn't matter
how you got to this position now... You've got a warm rock to lean on... and a clear
view...
And the thing about finding yourself on a hill top... is that from the top of that hill....
every way is down.... every direction is equally easy... and it is just as easy to go ahead
as it is in any other direction... and if you start to walk... down from that hilltop....
something else magical happens.... going over the hilltop means you can no longer see
what was behind the hill... if you take just a few steps forward... all the stuff on the
other side disappears... like a magical wand waved over it, making it much easier .
And if you just take few steps forward... you can see clearly now.... everything in front
of you is fresh and bright in its cleanest and purest form.... and you can walk down
that hill... and from the front of that hill you can see... maybe a river ... a town... a
house.... a car.a light blue Mazda 3 Convertable .. and you can look out to a particular
house... and maybe it's on the edge of a town or a city... or maybe it's in the centre... or

every time she came to an obstacle she mentally returned to that hill and looked at the
way ahead... and the future that awaited... and she remembers how every time she
came to an obstacle... she damn well climbed over it.... that determination came from
deep inside... never quitting......making the right decisions . Taking responsibility for
her decisions. That it was right... and so she decided on education... on her health
.on her career... on what she really wanted to do... and maybe she can remember
leaning on a warm rock.... thinking.... planning... of HOW best to succeed... and it
wasn't always the direct way... and it wasn't always the easy way... but it was the way
forward... and she knew she was doing it right....
And that Tia is standing outside her house.... looking back... and she remembers...
every step of the way... and she remembers how she got there... what it was that gave
her the strength and confidence to go on... what it was that made it just right... and she
remembers...
And that Tia standing there with her ideal light blue Mazda 3 Convertable ...... thinks
about all the other perfect things in the nature surrounding her . The perfect particles
of hydrogen gas .making everything clean and pure .... that she has... a pretty good
sustainable life.... and as she stands there... all these things go through her mind... and
you can think about it .... looking back to look forward... and looking forward to looking
back... and planning to plan... and planning to change and changing to plan.... and
changing your life in so many ways... and living the change... and enjoying the
difference... and choosing to be different.... and choosing what to do and how to go
forward... and there are so many roads... so many ways forward.... and that Tia didnt
always choose the right one but she always chose one that was pointing in the direction
she wanted...
and if other people couldn't keep up... well... they can choose their own roads... and if
other people choose to put blocks in their road... well that's fine.... they can stay
there.... that Tia went round them... and carried on...
And when people offered help... she accepted it... gratefully... and got more and more
respect... and more and more confidence... and her abilities multiplied... her capabilities
multiplied.... on and on and more and more....
like a snowball going down a hill... without any effort it just accumulates more and
more.... attracts more power to itself... and gets bigger and bigger until is an irresistible
force.... and just keeps going in the right direction... guided here and there by the shape
of the land... and that Tia stands there.... remembering those things...
And I would like you to move into that mans body.... and see what she sees...and think
what she thinks.... and remember what she remembers.... and put yourself in that

future time when you have almost everything you want ..... and I'd like you to look back
now... just look back at all the stages in everything you did... and take a few moments
to enjoy that... and to remember what you did and how you did it... and to remember
how you chose what you wanted to do... and all the rules you made for yourself.... that
allowed you to succeed.... all the ways that a special person becomes a winning
confident examplar...
So take a few moments now Tia... and just think about that.... and you can take as long
as you wish.... remembering that an hour of real time is like a second of internal time...
and a second of internal time can be a day or a week or a month... and you can think
about those years... and you changed...
and when you have done that...and you are ready to move on... you can open your eyes
to signal that you are ready to move on... still staying deeply relaxed .as the journey
continues .

as you move forward to grasp opportunities seeing those opportunities clearly

strength.... nothing could stand in your way... you could learn anything... you can
master anything... you could control anything.... you can choose to do anything... you
can choose to be anything.
Just take a moment to look at yourself... a young girl... full of potential and promise... a
young girl who can choose to stand on a hilltop... and look far into the distance... who
likes what she sees... who can begin now... walking down that hillside in the direction

You can do that.

go....
So you can think of all these things... and others.... and what you have learned.... and
what you have decided.... and you can choose to dare.... and you can think about... theendless possibilities.... how much fun it would be to choose this one or that one...
whether you are going to be very successful or outstandingly successful..... and how
good that will be.
And so you can think about these things now.... and feel that certainty inside you... feel
it rising... feel it in your chest perhaps or maybe in your head... that absolute certainty...
growing... growing like a wall of fire.... spreading and supporting.... encouraging.... and
you can feel that internal warmth... it will always be there for you... .
... from this day on, you're going to find your confidence within yourself, your confidence
in your abilities and your self belief, becoming steadily stronger... stronger than
yesterday... but not as strong as tomorrow... stronger than it was yesterday... but not
yet as strong as it will be tomorrow... you're going to find yourself far less concerned

that's simply their own error... their own error of judgement... they've simply made a
mistake... and you don't mind allowing people to make mistakes... you don't mind
people being wrong sometimes.... because you know what's inside yourself... you
