Why did we decide to do the training?
• In Summer 2013 – restructure of Billing & Collection Team• Combined Biller and Collector responsibilities into one job• Previously – 6 Billers + 3 Collectors• Needed to train Billers on collections• At the same time, looking at possibility of implementing 3rd
party collection software• Brought an Aderant Trainer in for 1 day in November 2013• Everyone from the Billing & Collection Team attended• Result – “WOW!”
