New Features and Enhancements

• Manage Zip Codes: You are now able to further define an agent’s assignment area for your company by selecting authorized zip codes within an agent’s authorized branches.

• Enhanced Dashboard: A number of enhancements have been made to the dashboard based on your feedback.

• Define Multiple Lienholders: You may now define multiple lienholders for your company. Lienholder name will display for lender and their vendor.

• Added Key Service Auto Purchase and Invoicing function.• Added a History log record for the auto-assign process.• Establish an address priority value among multiple

addresses in case file.

Manage Zip Codes

When new branches are authorized, the zip codes for that branch will appear in the Available Zip Codes box. Ex. To authorize the Charlotte branch click on the branch, Then click the >> icon and then the Save button.

The zips for the new branch will be displayed in the Available Zip Codes select box. You will need to move the zip codes you wish to authorized to the Authorized Zip Codes.

Select zip codes to create a subset of the zip code list for an agent’s authorizedbranches. To remove zip codes, select them in the Authorized Zip Codes box, click the << icon and then the Save button.

The unauthorized zips will be displayed in the Available Zip Codes list

• When you ADD or Re-activate an agent, you will need to authorized the zip codes that will be active for the agent.

• When your agents’ add new zip codes to their coverage area, these new zips WILL NOT be automatically added to your approved zip codes. The new zips will appear in your available zip codes for the agent and you will need to approve them.

• If an agent removes a zip code from their coverage area, the zip WILL automatically be removed from your approved list.

Enhancements to the Dashboard

On the Compliance Dashboard, an export button has been added.


Enhancements to the DashboardYou may now create performance groups by grouping repossession agents into groups. If the user has the Vendor Management permission, they will see the link “Define Vendor Groups” on the Management dropdown as well as on the main menu.



Once on the Vendor Groups screen you will see a list of your defined groups and a linkTo create new groups.



To manage existing groups or when creating new groups, click the vendors you wish to add to that group. You may select from all of your approved vendors. Note: A vendor can be in more than one group.



On the Performance tab of the Dashboard, you will see a dropdown of your groups. When you select a group, the performance screen will change to display the performance of the companies in this grouping. Note too that the list of companies will change to show only the Companies that comprise the selected group.



There is now an export button so that you can export the results.

More vendor details have been added to the vendor list on the Performance screen.

To view vendor performance details just click on the vendor’s name.

On the vendor details screen, a back button has been added for easier navigationto the main performance screen. You can also go directly to the vendor’s profile for editing by clicking the Edit Agent Details link.

Ability to create multiple lienholders.

Lenders can now create multiple lien holders for their company. On the “Update Your Company Profile” screen, you will see a new tab “Manage Company Lienholders”.



Clicking on the tab will open a new browser tab showing the currently defined lien holders. Here you can also add new lien holders. Clicking on the “Add” icon will open the “Add Lienholder” Window.



Once the “Save Changes” button is clicked you will see the new lienholder added to your list.



On the “ADD NEW CASE” screen you will now see a dropdown for your lienholders. The default will be to use your client as the lien holder.



On the case edit screen, if your company allows editing, you will see the lienholder as an editable attribute.



MultiSearch will allow for the selection of lienholder as part of your search criteria.


Key Service Auto Purchase and Invoicing

Lenders can automate the purchase of Key Services. You will first need to be setup to purchase this service from Key Code Pro. Please contact Key Code Pro at (888) 774-9100.

RDN has also added the ability to have these Services automatically invoice. To activate auto invoicing you would need to contactGene Tharp ([email protected]) or Kathy Toal ([email protected]).

Log Record for Auto-Assign Process

For lenders using the Auto-assign feature, there is now a log record in History that shows that the case was created using the Auto-assign process.


Ability to change the address priority value

We now change the address priority value. Using the up and down icons will change the Address’s priority.
