Wireless Access PointStep-By-Step Procedure

o The first step was figuring out which devices I wanted to use for the connections

o The devices I chose are:

o Dell Latitude 620 Laptopo Mobile (WIFI) Hot Spot from ISP (Internet Service Provider)o USB cable (doubles as a power charger)

o Ensuring the laptop and the WIFI Hot Spot were both charged, I connected both devices using the USB cable provided by the ISP

o Then, following the instructions provided by the ISP for “Quick Setup” I turned on the Mobile Hot Spot allowing the device to “boot up”

o The Mobile Hotspot has an automatic configuration wizard to simplify the process and it prompted me to provide a pass code

o The configuration wizard then enabled the laptop to connect wirelessly

o I could then disconnect the USB cable from the laptop and the Hot Spot

o As long as the Mobile Hot Spot is on, the laptop automatically connects to the internet
