Conflict Resolution

♦ Conflict resolution means a process of resolving dispute or disagreement. 

♦ The process of ending a disagreement between two or more people in a constructive manner for all parties involved.

♦ Conflict resolution is designed in Schools to provide students with a neutral, safe, environment where they can express their point of view and discuss issues in a mutually satisfactory manner.2 03/13/15
