My conflict is based on organizational level. I work as a creative designer in Master Tiles Corporation Ltd. We are the only organization in ceramics sector who introduced digital technology for tile production in Pakistan.CONFLICT#1ConclusionFORCING STRATEGYWhen the dealer started comparing our rates with our competitors, and referred to the old finishes and quality standards, I knew Id have to force his clich thinking out of him.CONFLICT#2KPK students put their point that youth extremism is the primary problem of Pakistan whereas I thought; primary problem is our reckless leaders.

KPK team happened to visit gift university. They had a topic of discussion i.e. youth extremismCONFLICT#2ConclusionCompromising strategy

We have ignited the discussion with personal opinions. KPK team were right at their stance that youth extremism is a problem but politicians have tortured the nation in every walk of life so it wont be wrong to say that we need to correct our corrupt system. After all I had approached Compromising strategy because we both were right at the same time. But it was great experience. Students of KPK have taught us that do not look at someone to solve your problems and stay optimist because there is a rainbow after every storm.

CONFLICT#3My group fellows thought that Maam got angry because of me but I knew that Maam got upset because of their unprepared presentation.

CONFLICT#3How it took place?Description When conflict occurred, I was thinking that its entirely our fault. We should prepare our presentations properly and as per teachers expectations. We thought that our presentations are as per her expectations but it was not true. At that time, everyone was blaming to me that it happened only because of you. But I think it was necessary to resolve the conflict, she is our teacher; if she scolds us then it is not a big deal. We should respect our teachers instead of blaming them.

CONFLICT#3Conclusion Accommodating Strategy

I want to resolve the conflict thats why I was listening to my teacher and classmates without interrupting because if you have to resolve the conflict then these strategies you should have in your mind. One strategy to resolve the conflict is accommodating Strategy that I adopted in the above scenarioCONFLICT#4I had a conflict with student who thinks academies can provide more intension than college but I think Academies provide less assistance but more waste of time to the studentsCONFLICT#4How it took place?Description Two months back I visit my college where I had done my inter level studies. Students there seems very relax regarding their coming exams after asking the reasons they promptly reply, we can prepare in academies then after that sentence I realize how much time they are wasting, if they can make progress in academies then why to waste time in college and my this statement they had an argument which was turn into conflict

CONFLICT#4ConclusionForcing strategyI conclude that students must make an effort to concentrate on their studies at college, if they fail to meet the required results by all means then they must find the way to the academies. Great help can be sought at college from the teachers if hardworking students really know the way. The hectic that a student faces by a going to academy can be set free if students works hard at his own. The academy culture has lead to many breaches in our society.

Generalized conclusionWe have used different strategies like forcing, compromising and accommodating strategies to resolve the above given conflicts. We need to give chance to another person to talk and share his/her opinion about circumstances first then on those bases, we need to apply certain strategies to dissolve given situations Thank you for listening Any query?
