Good luck!

The Madura Wellbeing Week is a week-long focus on mental and physical health. We are so excited to have you join us and start your journey to a stronger you!

By just making a few minor changes to your daily diet you can help to improve your overall wellbeing; including the functions of your kidneys and liver, improved immunity and experience increased energy.

• When it comes to cleansing the body of impurities, consuming adequate amounts of water is key. Be prepared to drink atleast 3L of water each day. But don’t fret! We’ll be discussing plenty of ways to make your water more interesting.

• We’ve sent you a combination of green teas and herbal teas. Green tea is known to support the liver by increasing enzyme activity that drives the first two phases of detoxification. However, if you don’t like the options we’ve provided, you can always brew our white tea or one of our weak black tea blends.

• Foods to enjoy: Fresh fruit and vegetables, Fish, Skinless chicken, Legumes (dried or canned), Eggs (preferably organic), Nuts and Seeds (raw unsalted almonds, walnuts, macadamias, cashews, sesame, pumpkin and sunflower seeds).

• What to avoid: Alcohol, sugar, honey, maple syrup, artificial sweeteners, coffee, processed foods wherever possible and dairy.

• Try adding: Thyme, Ginger, Lemon, Turmeric, Rosemary, Garlic, Sage and Cinammon.
