Connecting to VPN and VD via iPad Prerequisites: Your iPad must be configured by a member of the Systems Unit before proceeding.

You will need: Valid JENIE credentials (JENIE ID and password). A mobile device or landline enrolled as your primary authentication device. An Internet-connected computer.

In the Username and Password fields, enter your JENIE credentials.

Click OK.

On your Internet-connected iPad, from the iPad home screen. Tap on Settings..

Slide the VPN button to ON.

The VPN Client window opens, presenting an array of authentication options.

In the Response field, enter • a passcode from the DUO app
