This is your access to ConnectIO
Each customer is assigned a tenant, typically a short-form name of their company
All users, reports, and data are scoped to each tenant: only you have access to your information

A database that only your tenant can access
This is where data is imported into and where reports / dashboards are reading from

A data source is a system we want to get data from, like ConnectWise or Labtech
A data source pack is a collection of models, scripts, and tasks that know how to communicate with that particular system and how its data should be imported
