SP – Poner los 4 mm de trenza sobre la cubierta.Abocardar la extremidad del cable poniendo la abocardar herramienta 22-395-198entre la trenza y dieléctrico hasta el punto de marca.NOTA : Atención no arrastrar la trenza debajo de la cubierta.

3.3 SERTISSAGE ou SOUDAGE du CONTACT CENTRAL. (Central contact crimping or welding –Engarce o soldadura del contacto central).

F – A l’aide d’une pince à sertir munie de mâchoires à empreintes hexagonales H=3,2à 3,25mm / plats réf. 22-395-122, sertir le contact central (en butée contre lediélectrique) sur âme du câble. Ou souder le contact central.

GB – With the help of a crimping tool equiped with crimping inserts H=3,2 to 3,25mm /flats ref. 22-395-122, crimp the central contact (against the dielectric) on the cablecore. Or weld the central contact.

SP – Con la ayuda de la pinza provista de bocas con marcas hexagonales H=3,20hasta.3,25mm / planos ref. 22-395-122, engastar el contacto central (contre eldieléctrico) en el alma del cable. O soldar el contacto central.

SERTIR ou SOUDER.Cimp or weld.Engastar o saldar.

3.4 MONTAGE DU CONNECTEUR. (Connector mounting - Montaje del conector).

F - Monter la partie accouplement entre la tresse et le diélectrique du câble à l’aidede la poignée de l’outil évaseur 22-395-198 et de l’adaptateur N.

GB – Mount the coupling part between the braid and the dielectric of the cable thanksto the widen tool handle 22-395-198 and the N adaptator.

SP – Montar la parte del acoplamiento entre la trenza y el dieléctrico del cable con laayuda del puño de la abocardo herramienta 22-395-198 y el adaptator N.

F - Assembler l’écrou presse-étoupe et la partie accouplement en maintenant le corpsimmobile. Serrer le presse-étoupe à l'aide de clés plates.NOTA : Couple de serrage de 15 Nm à 35 Nm maximum.

GB – Mount the clamping nut and the coupling part by holding the body. Thanks to theplats thighten the clamping nut.NOTE : Coupling torque from 15 Nm to 35 Nm maximum.

SP – Juntar la tuerca de fijación y la parte del acoplamiento manteniendo el cuerpoinmóvil. Apretar la tuerca de fijación con la ayuda de las llaves planas.NOTA : Par de presión de 15 Nm hasta 35 Nm máximo.

2.1 AVEC OUTIL ALESOIR 22-395-139. (With reamer tool 22-395-139 - Con la escarador herramienta 22-395-139).

-F- Introduire le câble dans l'OUTIL en prenant soin de positionner le SOMMETd'une ANNELURE dans le MILIEU de la FENTE puis serrer la vis de pression.Couper le câble à l’aide d’une scie à métaux.Ebavurer le diamètre intérieur de l'âme.A l'aide de l'OUTIL, couper le DIELECTRIQUE du câble en poussant et tournant.La coupe est terminée lorsque l'outil n'avance plus.

-GB- Insert the cable in the TOOL in taking care of putting the TOP of aCORRUGATION in the MIDDLE of the SLIT then press the SCREW.Cut the cable with a HACKSAW.Make clean the inner diameter of the CORE.With help of the TOOL, cut the DIELECTRIC of the cable in pushing and twisting.The cut is finished when the TOOL doesn’t move any more.

-SP- Insertar el cable en la HERRAMIENTA y poniendo la parte ALTA del ANILLOen el CENTRO de la RANURA, después apretar las CLAVIJAS.Cortar el cable con la ayuda de una SIERRALimpiar el diámetro interno de el ALMA.Con la ayuda de la HERRAMIENTA, cortar el DIELECTRICO del cable empujandoy girando.El corte esta terminado cuando la HERRAMIENTA no puede avanzar.

-GB- Meantime the cable is introduced in the TOOL, slip the blade of a KNIFE in theSLIT .Press and meantime, make a 360° motion around the cable.Finish the cut of the JACKET in tacking care of not hurting the OUTERCONDUCTOR.

-SP- Mantener el cable en la HERRAMIENTA y insertar la hoja de el CUCHILLO enla RANURA prevista.Ejercer una presión y un movimiento de giro de 360° en torno de el cable.Terminar el corte de la CUBIERTA con cuidado para no tropezar con elCONDUCTOR EXTERIOR.
