Biome

A biome is a large geographical area, with a lot of community's of animals.

Climate

The annual average rainfall is 30 centimeters per year. The altitude is low -12, high 10. The Alpine and Artic biome cover 16% of the earth’s surface.

Producers

Producers- pine trees, edelweiss, dwarf orchid, glacier buttercup/they all reproduce by making seeds.

VocabularyConsumer- is an organism that eats food.

Herbivore- is an organism that eats plants.

Carnivore- is an organism that eats meat.

Omnivores- is an organism that eats animals and plants.

Decomposer

Decomposer- break down dead plants and animals.

2 decomposers- bacteria, fungi/ they get rid of wastes.
