Conquer the worldSitetalk Conquer Global Conference Slovenia 26th of March 2011This time the world is for grabs and SiteTalk has already spread its wings globally, now the next stage is here:

SiteTalk Conquer Global Conference will take SiteTalk the active community to new heights as new features,

new products, new services as wells as a whole new concept will be launched. A unique concept that will

make SiteTalk the truly global community were actions are rewarded. Situated in beautiful Ljubljana, a

historical European city with a thriving and ambitious population, the SiteTalk Global Team together with the

SiteTalk Slovenian Team will present an outstanding platform for this event.

Some facts about Slovenia:

Slovenia lies in the heart o Europe, where the Alps meet the Mediterranean and the Pannonian Plain

meets the Karst. This small green country measures 20,273 km2 in area, and is home to sincere, hospi-

table people o great diligence, numbering 2 million. I may be a small country in size and population,

but they certainly are big in ambitions and eort, oten being compared to being the Switzerland o

the Balkans, although the stand tall and proud on their own eet. Their toil and persistence has al-

lowed many Slovenes to achieve at the global level.

Did you know

... that Slovenia is among the most biologically diverse countries in the world? Slovenia accounts for less than0.004% of the Earths surface but is home to more than 1% of all living creatures and 2% of terrestrial creatures. Atotal of 24,000 animal species... that over one third of Slovenias territory is protected and included in the Europe-wide Natura 2000 network,which protects biodiversity?

that services are the largest sector of the economy, accounting for 64% of total GDP in 2008. Tourism is an in-creasingly important service sector. Manufacturing accounts for approximately 26% of total GDP,construction for8% and agriculture for 2%.

that the most important sectors of manufacturing industry include steel and metals, the car industry, whitegoods, wood and textiles, pharmaceuticals and chemicals, and machinery... that Maribor, Slovenias second-largest city, is home to the oldest vine in the world? Although it is over four hun-dred years old, its ametna rnina grapes still produce 25 litres of wine every year.

... that in Slovenia you can see the traces of real dinosaurs? Traces from the early Triassic, probably around 200 mil-lion years old, can be seen on Zalarjev Vrh near Idrija.
