Purpose of the Consolidated Plan

Federally required planning document submitted to HUD that:

– Includes policy recommendations,

– Establishes a schedule of projects and funding,

– Describes use of federal funds for housing and redevelopment projects, and

– Has a 5-year planning horizon.
