It's pretty sad that the BCI wasted 2 months pursuing revenge for Oswalt and Thorp only to be told the obvious! As I have said all along, I have a Constitutional Right of redress of grievances with the government. Now why didn't the Licking County Prosecutor know that? Of course, when that failed, Oswalt and Thorp decided to pursue their political retaliation in an another way.TRANSCRIPT
