    projects including 12 Months (Concurrent with Defect Liability Period) operation and

    maintenance on BOT mode and perform the work under the above-named Contract in full

    conformity with the said Bidding Documents for the sum stated in our separate Technical-

    Financial Bid.

    We undertake, if our Bid is accepted, to commence the work and to achieve Completion within the

    respective times stated in the Bidding Documents.

    If our Bid is accepted, we undertake to provide the Performance Security in the form, in the

    amounts, and within the times specified in the Bidding Documents.
