Course OutlinePlanning and scheduling of projects is one of the most fundamental undertakings in the construction business. Over the years there has been an increased emphasis on adopting an intelligent, informed and embedded approach to planning, which will lead not just to efficiencies in time and resources, but wider benefits such as optimisation of programme periods, increased productivity and dynamic teams who are able to better plan, drive, adapt and utilise their planning to deliver projects.

This unique short course has been designed by Anglia Ruskin University in consultation with some of UK’s leading industry experts.

It develops the knowledge and abilities to undertake planning and programming of construction work and to implement these in accordance with the requirements of construction company systems.

Entry RequirementsThis course is open to individuals who are employed in the construction sector who wish to develop their knowledge and practical skills of project planning and programming.

Options for ProgressionLearning doesn’t have to stop with this course. Anglia Ruskin University provides opportunities to progress to a Foundation Degree, a BSc (Honours) degree or a Masters degree in Construction or a related Built Environment subject.
