121, 123, 124, 125, 126, 127 are HOT.

04/29/15 FBI provided updated Submittal Log: Resubmittal of Cast Stone,

SEQ 5-6 Steel Shops, RFIs, SEQ 13-14 Steel Shops, Casework, Stamped

Elevator and Elec. Confirmation, Resubmittal of RTU 1 & 2, Wood Energy

Heating System and Select Fill Materials. There are a number of color

selection submittal that are over 30-days without review. FBI is not

concerned with these, MVG will have completed by the 5/11/15 SBC

meeting.

3.5 Verizon Service Order, Engineering & Easement FBI Open


04/29/15 New easement paperwork is required to for use on conduit.

Paperwork has been forwarded to Lynn. Easement to be issued in early

winter. Discussed the need for new building phone numbers. FBI to follow

up on status.

4.3 CPM Construction Schedule FBI Open


04/29/15 FBI will update schedule by the end of the week based on the

initial blasting measurements.

with regarding to the placement and curing of concrete based on initial

blasting and measuring this week.

04/29/15 LGCI provided a response to the 4 onsite samples for ordinary fill.

SMMA will create log for all samples taken to date.

12.3 Missing Silt Fence FBI Open


04/29/15 Silt Fence along the North-east edge of site along roadway is

missing. Jeff Collingwood indicated that he is waiting to see if contours will

need to be extended near SMH#7 and SMH#8. May require extra tree

clearing. FBI to follow up.

13.1 Street Sweeper & Water Truck FBI Open


04/29/15, Virgilio will sweep roadway again this week.

13.2 Rock Excavation Clarification FBI Open


04/29/15, FBI to commence boulders marking and measuring. FBI will

survey all ledge daily and submit logs. MVG to confirm max grid spacing

for ledge survey points.
