ClosED GaP Aligntheconstructionbeams,screwthesub-constructionintheedge areaaswellasbothstartandendbeamstothemiddlebeam.Cutthe constructionbeamstosize,ensuringtheyareflush,10cmprotrusion. The12cmlongconstructionbeamsmeasuring60x40cmareplaced uprightandthenfastenedtotheendsoftheconstructionbeamson theleftandrighthandsides.Adheretheretainingbandtotheconstructionbeamlocatedcentrallybeneaththefloorboards.
oPEN GaP Insertthefirstfloorboardinthehouseconnectionprofile(optional),then pressitintothepositionededgeedgeclamps.Placethelockingclampson theconstructionbeam,lockinplaceusingthezammer/pliers,insertintothe floorboardgroove. Ifthereisagrooveintheconstructionbeam,itmaybenecessarytouse agroovebridgeinordertoalsobeabletosecurelyfastenthelocking- clampinthegaparea. Takeintermediatemeasurementsaftermax.1moflaidfloorboardrows andscrewthecorrespondinglockingclamprowontotheconstruction beam.Repeatuntilyoureachthelastfloorboardbutone. ClosED GaP Screwtheedgeclipontotheendoftheconstructionbeamsothatit isflushwithit. Followingassemblyofthefirstfloorboards,pushthehouseconnectionprofile asaborderstriptothehousefacadetotheendoftheflorboard(optional). Fixthefloorboardswithaclip.Tightenthescrewinsuchamannerthathe clipisparalleltothesub-construction. Looselyinsertthegroovestripintothefloorboardgroove,applythenext floorboard,pushontothegroovestrip,fixthefloorboardusing theclip. Repeattheprocessuntiltheterraceisfullylaid.Cutthefloorboardstosizeintheedgeareafacingtheconstructionbeams,chamferthecuttingedge.SeeFiguresand.
Thefrontalsideofthesmoothedgeboardsmustbe1.2cmshorterthantheconstructionbeamsattheendoftheterrace–pay attention to distances.
