Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.

(g) If two or more persons conspire to violate any of the foregoing provisions of thissection, and one or more of such persons do any act to effect the object of the conspiracy,each of the parties to such conspiracy shall be subject to the punishment provided for theoffense which is the object of such conspiracy.

(h)

(1) Any person convicted of a violation of this section shall forfeit to the United States,irrespective of any provision of State law, any property constituting, or derived from, anyproceeds the person obtained, directly or indirectly, from any foreign government, or anyfaction or party or military or naval force within a foreign country, whether recognized orunrecognized by the United States, as the result of such violation. For the purposes of thissubsection, the term “State” includes a State of the United States, the District ofColumbia, and any commonwealth, territory, or possession of the United States.

There are two other registrations under this mans name inVirginia alone, wonder if they have registered under his name in other states as well?? We must show photo ID here tovote, but that photo ID can be a University ID, an ID from work, a Concealed Carry ID, etc -- in other words, ID cards thatare not difficult to forge. Oh, and these IDs do not have to be Virginia issued, so that makes it difficult to detect forgeries,especially if the ID carries the name of some obscure college, or company from another state.

I notice the two fraudulent names are MY last name with Mexican first names- one was "Maria"with my last name. I asked them about it before I signed, they just ignored me until I got mycamera out and tried to photograph the page. They threatened to call the police. I had a fit, screaming about fraud. They said they would let the registrar know. Later Icalled the registrar and they said "the mistaken registrations were removed... MY COMMENT: FAT CHANCE.
