Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) is the Air Force network forprocessing, exploitation and dissemination (PED) of Intelligence, Surveillance andReconnaissance (ISR) over Command, Control, Communications, Computers andIntelligence (C4I) Missions Systems and Weapon Systems.
AF DCGS facilities provide functional, flexible data center and workspace configurations toaccommodate ever-changing mission crews and support personnel, along with missionsystems, that provide information to meet real-time and near-real-time, high operationstempo, in-garrison mission demands as directed in the AF DCGS Master Plan.
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Special Communications Missions Solutions(NAWCAD SCMS) was commissioned and funded to execute a variety of Communications& A/V Systems Fit-outs of AF DCGS sites worldwide. SCMS’ goal is to establish highlysecure, resilient networks for DoD-wide warfighters. UTS is under contract with SCMS toexecute the design, engineering, installation, configuration and activation of state-of-the-art secure DoD networks.
