He is one of the most popu- lar pianists in China, known for loading melodious Chinese compositions with inspiration and emotion. In 2010, his piece “Melody of the Night IV” was designated by director Feng Xiao- gang for use in the soundtrack of his famous movie “If You Are the One.” In 2011, his album “Melody of the Night” was nominated for the Best Solo Album of the Year at the Golden Melody Awards in Taiwan.
