The Chinese pianist and composer is from Liuzhou, Guangxi Zhuang Autono-mous Region. He is one of the most popu-lar pianists in China, known for loading melodious Chinese compositions with inspiration and emotion.

In 2010, his piece “Melody of the Night IV” was designated by director Feng Xiao-

gang for use in the soundtrack of his famous movie “If You Are

the One.” In 2011, his album “Melody of the Night” was nominated for the Best Solo Album of the Year at the Golden Melody

Awards in Taiwan.Since 2005, Shi has

composed more than 60 piano songs. With more than 200 million views on Xiami Music, the most popular music platform in China, Shi has gained substantial followers. Many people

in China have heard of his music, which is streamed over loudspeakers every-where in China, in hotels, restaurants, bookshops, radio and more.

Performing his music might not call for an advanced skillset, yet a lot of people have been moved by his beautiful melodies.

Come unwind and let loose at comical Broadway musical “The Producers.”

The English comedy was adapted by Mel Brooks and Thomas Meehan from Brooks’ 1967 fi lm of the same name. The story concerns two theatrical producers who scheme to get rich by overselling interest in a Broadway fl op. Complica-tions arise when the show unexpectedly turns out to be successful. The humor of the show draws on ridiculous accents, caricatures of homosexuals, and many showbiz jokes.

After 33 previews, the original Broad-way production opened at the St. James Theater in 2001 and ran for 2,502 per-formances, winning a record-breaking

Taiwanese singer Angela Chang will give her Remix concert Saturday night at Shenzhen Bay Sports Center.

Her popularity rose as she became the main lead of Taiwan hit TV drama “My MVP Valentine” with Taiwanese boy band 5566, followed by a role as the main lead of another Taiwanese hit TV drama “At Dolphin Bay” along with Wallace Huo, in which she also sang one of the theme songs. She has been nominated twice for Best Actress at the Golden Bell Awards in Taiwan. She has also been nominated twice for Best Singer at the Golden Melody Awards in Taiwan.
