INTEGRIDAD• La integridad, como cualidad personal, se refiere a la total o amplia gama

de aptitudes poseídas. Una persona íntegra es aquella que no se queda en una sola actividad, si no que se mueve por las distintas áreas del conocimiento. Un gran ejemplo de persona íntegra es Leonardo Da Vinci, quien se destacó como pintor artístico, escultor, arquitecto, ingeniero, filósofo,escritor, músico y anatomista. La integridad fue característica en el hombre. Una persona íntegra es aquella que siempre hace lo correcto, al referirnos a hacer lo correcto significa hacer todo aquello que consideramos bien para nosotros y que no afecte los intereses de las demás personas.

• La palabra integridad proviene del latín integrîtas, -ãtis (totalidad, virginidad, robustez y buen estado físico), pero el vocablo se deriva del adjetivo integer (intacto, entero, no tocado o no alcanzado por un mal). Se compone de in- (no) y una raíz que es la misma que la del verbo tangere (tocar o alcanzar), es la pureza original y sin contacto o contaminación con un mal o un daño (físico o moral).

• Integridad se traduce como honrado, honesto, respeto por los demás , directo, apropiado, responsable, control emocional, respeto por si mismo, puntualidad, lealtad, pulcro, disciplinado y firmeza en sus acciones. En general es alguien en quien se puede confiar. Integridad es retomar el camino de nuestra verdad, es hacer lo correcto, por las razones correctas, del modo correcto. Se relaciona al derecho de no ser objeto de vulneraciones en la persona física, como lesiones, tortura o muerte.

Cómo lograr que tus niños se duerman temprano.

• Cualquier padre sabe lo difícil que puede ser animar a los niñospequeños a irse a la cama temprano. Ellos se irritan porque quieren quedarse hasta tarde para ver la televisión, quieren jugar con sus juguetes favoritos o no tienen sueño en absoluto. Si deseas establecer una hora para que los niños se acuesten temprano, anima a tus hijos a desarrollar hábitos saludables para dormir, todo lo que necesitas es un poco de paciencia y de organización.
