Dear Partner,
We want to offer you the best possible support in the promotion of your event. We can only do this by working closely with you. This guide explains the best way for you to prepare text and images for us in a customer-friendly format that is geared towards search engine optimization.
We want to deal with your requests as quickly as possible. The best way to do that is to get started straight away.
Please upload images via the Media Asset Manager (MAM) at https://mam.eventim.com. In case you don’t have an MAM account already, please send an email to [email protected] including the subject “MAM” while also providing corporate name, address and name of the CEO.
Please send texts (preferably Word or PDF documents) and videos directly to [email protected].

ESSENTIAL: INFORMATION ABOUT AUTHORSHIP
You must provide EVENTIM with information about the authors/photographers/designers. The originator’s personal rights also apply if you have special arrangements with photographers or designers as these are not transferable to third parties. By law the originator of an image must be named directly next to the image. We therefore integrate the name of the photographer/de-signer directly into the image itself. Please ensure that your images come from a secure source and that you know the authorship. Do not use any googled or re-photographed image material.
If you do not provide us with any information about authorship, we are unfortunately unable to use your image material.
Integration of videosWe are happy to integrate video material for you. The following specifications apply:
• Max. 25 MB• Format: mp4/flv• No URLs/prices/phone numbers• No YouTube links, only video files
Please ensure that the video material also comes from a secure, reliable source and provide information about the originator of the video.

PRE-DESIGNED TICKETS
In order to personalize your sales even further, you have the option of storing a pre-designed ticket. This must be sent to the editorial team in a pre-designed format. You can download the corresponding PSD specifications for Photoshop here: http://www.eventim.de/vorlagen-psd

IMAGES OF ARTISTS AND EVENTS
Here at EVENTIM we are convinced that events showing images appeal far more to customers and therefore sell better than those without images. The following points explain how you can present your event in the best possible light. The fastest way to process your images is to provide us with image material allowing a square layout in the following image sizes:
• 60x60 px• 100x100 px• 222x222 px
You can see below what to bear in mind when selecting an image. We have included a few examples of images with particular sales appeal. Please remember that your images may not include any typographic elements (no lettering), URLs, prices or phone numbers. Pornographic content (exposed breasts etc.) are also not allowed.
Please note: Only one image can be integrated per event series. Separate text is possible.

Images have a strong effect on the purchasing decision of customers. To make your event even more customer-friendly and ensure that it is easily found in a Google search, it should also feature optimum text content.
Text for the EventinfoThe event info tells customers more about your event and makes it easier for them to decide to book. You are welcome to send us text material that:
• is unique (Press releases are unfortunately not ideal as they will be used by many other partners. This means that Google will not see any uniqueness here.)
• ideally has min. 300 words
• includes eye-catching subheadings for individual paragraphs
• contains important key words that are relevant for search engines, such as artist name, event title, event location and other terms that customers may google in relation to your event
A description of the event can also be included for individual events, and this can be different from the general event series info.

TEXT
Abstract textGiven its prominence, the abstract text is the most important text for your event in terms of SEO and from the point of view of your customers. You can use 120 characters including spaces for this text.
The abstract should start with the most important content relating to your event. A perfect abs-tract could look like this (where the words in pink denote keywords that are relevant for Google):
“Return of the Norwegian synth pop heroes a-ha: Morten Harket and Co. are taking their comeback album “Cast In Steel” on tour in Germany!“
