Attentions in construction and maintenance

Warning Do not reverse the water inlet pipe and handheld shower water outlet pipe. Otherwise, the product will not be able be used normally. When switching from the bath shower side to the handheld shower side or from the handheld shower side to the bath shower side, the water temperature may change. Please use after feeling the water temperature with hand. Otherwise, scalding may occur.

Maintenance

As the switching cartridge is a precise component, do not dismantle it without authorization. Otherwise, such poor conditions as water leakage, etc. may be caused. Do not impact the product. Otherwise, failure and water leakage may be caused. It is imperative to use a neutral detergent in cleaning. Other detergents than a neutral one may damage the plating coat or make the surface discolor. Do not use any such detergent as acidic detergent and abstergent, polishing powder, etc. containing thick particles and nylon brush. Otherwise, the plating coat may be damaged, etc.It is allowed to use a piece of soft cloth to wipe or use from time to time a piece of cloth immersed in machine oil or vehicle wax to wipe. However, do not contact with resin components. Otherwise, they may lose the gloss and become rusty. It is suggested not to leave it unused for a long time. Otherwise, this may lead to internal and external rust to water faucet to such a degree that it cannot be used any more, etc. With the product design being updated constantly, the physical object may not coincide with the figure. However, the basic principle for installation, use is the same.As a water supply inspection is made before ex-factory, there may be water left in the faucet and this is not a problem with the product.The product must be kept away from heat sources such as fan heaters, bath heat lamps, etc., which may damage the surface and the internal components of the sprayer.

It is suggested to use the temperature of 60±5℃. Do not use steam to supply hot water.The ambient temperature when using the product should be above 0℃ and below 60℃. If the temperature is not above 0℃, deformations, cracking due to frost, etc. may occur in the handheld sprayer. Likewise, temperatures over 60℃ may result in damage to the internal components of the handheld sprayer. To prevent internal shower damage, the shower water outlet temperature shall not exceed 60℃. It is suggested to use a temperature below 45℃. Being out of use for a long time may result in internal and external rust to the faucets and being unable to be used.If you want to scrap this product, do not treat it as you do for general household garbage. 1. Fixed base installation ① As shown in Figure ①, drill 2 installation holes for the fixed base on the installation wall surface (6mm in diameter and 50mm deep). ※ In drilling holes on the wall, please ensure that the two holes are perpendicular to the ground in the vertical direction. ②As shown in Figure ②, drive the expansion pipe into the installation hole first and fix properly the base in the sequence as shown in the figure with self-tapping screws. ※ The two holes at the top and bottom are the same in installation method.

2. Shower connecting pipe installation As shown in the right figure, apply soap water on the two O-rings on the connecting bend pipe and insert vertically in the connecting straight pipe. Then tighten the nut and fixing support.

3. Conversion valve installation ① Apply soap water on the O-ring for the conversion valve body part and insert vertically into the shower connecting pipe. ② Adjust the fixing support and conversion valve body party to such a position as being perpendicular to the installation wall surface. Insert vertically the properly fixed base to fit completely with the wall surface. ③ Use a hex wrench to tighten in a proper order the fastening screws for the fixing support and body party and confirm stable installation. ④ Connect one hose end to the water inlet connector under the switching valve (the one close to the installation wall surface is water inlet connector). Connect the other end to the water outlet connector under the bathroom faucet (to be purchased separately by customers). Pay attention to using gasket for sealing. ⑤ Connect the handheld shower (to be purchased separately by customers) with the shower hose and connect the other end to the water outlet connector of the conversion valve (the one close to the converting handle side is water outlet connector). Attention: ① The bath rod at the upper end of the products of the present series has 200mm range for rising and falling. In determining the installation position of the installation hole, please pay attention that a sufficient space should be reserved above the hole. ② The connecting straight pipe and the conversion valve body part of this series of products can be pulled out. Please hold the conversion valve body part with your hand to avoid falling by self weight and causing loss.
