distribution center of each stand. The EXHIBITOR / ASSEMBLER is not allowed access to electric power panels, hydraulic channels and air-conditioning ducts of the pavilion, which can only be operated by the contracted company or the technical staff of Expo Center Norte. Any cost to be charged to the promoter in relation to the above will be automatically charged to the responsible EXHIBITOR.

Lamps, air conditioners and other equipment must have an operating voltage of 220v. For 127v (110V) voltage, the EXHIBITOR must use required power transformers. The power cables used to supply electric power to the stands and other needs of the events held in the pavilions of the Expo Center Norte will have at their end, at which the load of the applicant will be connected, a female plug of the PCE brand.

The PCE plugs are compatible with those of the Steck brand, which is the best known in the Brazilian market. This type of connection, also called plug-in connection, will minimize the risk of accidents due to short circuit, electric shock or phase inversion, which can cause equipment to be burned.

Below, the table with the description of the male plugs of the PCE and Steck brands required for connection to the female plug of the power feeder cable that will be delivered by Expo Center Norte:

For cables of 10 mm square, five-pin female type connector (extension), of PCE mark, reference: 235-6.

The gauge of the cable and the type of plug that will be effectively supplied to the stand and other event needs will depend on the total electric load to be supplied and the technical availability at the time of installation.

The assemblers, electrical installation service providers, EXHIBITORS and promoters must provide the appropriate means of connection with the new format of supply of the power point provided by Expo Center Norte as of January 1, 2017.

The installation companies approved by the Expo Center Norte, contracted by the promoter of the event to supply the power points to the stands, can be consulted for the technical clarifications that are necessary.

Connections for loads above 30 kVA should be requested from the installer contracted by the promoter of the event in advance so that the latter can take the necessary technical measures.

The loads installed in the stand, as well as the loads of the other needs of the event, must be properly balanced between the three phases in the power distribution board to be fed.

Class "C" circuit-breaker ampere rating of the power distribution panel shall be compatible with the total load installed in accordance with NBR 5410. BASIC PROCEDURES FOR THE GOOD OPERATION OF APAS SHOW 2018

• Each and every project must have legal responsibility and be submitted beforehand to the coordination of the event, in accordance with the Exhibitor Manual;

• Summary suits and appeals not in keeping with the spirit of sobriety demanded by a BUSINESS SHOW are strictly forbidden;

• For a good development of the relationship between the coordination of the event and the EXHIBITOR, it is fundamental that two people are indicated for contact at the moment of registering the company on the website;

• Amplified sound is strictly prohibited in the open. Failure to observe this item may result in a fine or embargo of the stand by the promoter of the event. For further information on using the sound, refer to the PROMOTIONAL AND FINE ACTIONS section of the Exhibitor Manual;

• We understand that the purpose of EXPOSITOR's participation is to serve its customers. Therefore, we call on all EXHIBITORS to keep their teams in their own stands. By doing this, everyone will be able to serve their clients and friends with dignity. It will only be allowed the stay of costumed promoters as characters inside the appropriate stands. If the promoter needs to leave the stand, he or she must remove the costume (or part of it) and no approach or distribute leaflets outside the stand area will be allowed. If this measure is disregarded, the EXHIBITOR will pay a fine;

• Service personnel: All outsourced service personnel must be duly identified by credentials and vest or uniform, as well as properly oriented regarding the behavior and functions of origin;

• All demonstration techniques will be allowed, provided they are strictly developed within the leased area, observing the limitations contained in this manual;

• EXHIBITORS who do tasting should keep enough containers in their stands for the collection of packaging and waste, obliging them to collect them in the bin of the center of the pavilions whenever filled;

• Any type of tasting or distribution of gifts, samples and leaflets shall be limited to the interior of the stand. The coordination of the event may interrupt them whenever it causes agglomerations such as to harm the normal flow of attendees to the event.

IMPORTANT: EXHIBITORS are advised to assure the assembly capacity of their assembly company, visiting the headquarters and checking inventories and contracted or outsourced

personnel, since in previous years there were problems with ASSEMBLIES, which overestimated their assembly capacity, while working on several stands and not delivering at the stipulated date

and time.

The EXHIBITOR of APAS SHOW 2018 declares to be aware of the conditions of this regulation and undertakes to follow it fully, not only during the assembly, realization and disassembly of the event, but also at any time or situation that may result from such participation. Any doubts arising from this regulation will be explained by the APAS, since the jurisdiction of the district of the capital of São Paulo is hereby elected, with resignation of any other for decisions in which there is no agreement between the parties.
