1. Turn the Bath (Part J) upside down and lay it ona soft surface to ensure there is no damage caused.

2. Lay the Cross Bars (Part A) across the width ofthe bath (see figure 1.0) and ensure they are evenlyspaced. They will need to be placed on the raised areaon the base of the bath as these areas are reinforced. If the waste hole is central (see figure 1.0), the middleCross Bar (Part A) will need to be slightly offset.

3. Place the Cross Bar Restraints (Part C) over theCross Bars (Part A) and screw them into the raisedareas of the bath using the Short Self Tapping Screws(PartD).(See figure 1.1)

4. Attach 2 x Hex Nut (Part F) to each of the ScrewThread Bars (Part B), screwing them on far enough tobe able to attach the Bath Leg Feet (Part I).(See figure 1.2).

5. Screw one end of each of the Screw Thread Bars(Part B) the whole way onto the Bath Leg Feet (Part I).(See figure 1.3).

6. Hold each of the Screw Thread Bars (Part B)vertically with the Bath Leg Foot (Part I) at thebottom. Tighten each of the lower Hex Nuts (Part F)down onto the top of the Bath Leg Feet (Part I).(See figure 1.4).

Figure 2.01. Place the blank end of each of the Screw Thread Bars (Part B) through the hole in each of the CrossBars (Part A).(See figure 2.0 & 2.1)

2. Turn the Bath (Part J) the correct way up ensuring the Screw Thread Bars (Part B) are sat underneath.

3. Once the Bath (Part J) is the correct way up, theHex Nut (Part F) that is supporting the Cross Bars(Part A) can be adjusted to set the height and thelevel of the Bath (Part J). Depending on which sidepanels are being used, the Bath (Part J) will need tobe set at the correct height to match these panels.Put the Bath (Part J) in the position it will be installedand adjust the Hex Nut (Part F) to make the Bath(Part J) level. Use a spirit level to ensure the Bath(Part J) sits level.(See figure 2.2).

Figure 2.1

Figure 2.2

Figure 3.01. To prevent the Bath (Part J) from moving on theScrew Thread Bars (Part B), the Cross Bars (Part A)will need to be clamped down. On the 3 Screw ThreadBars (Part B) that are going to be nearest the backwall, a Hex Nut (Part F) can be screwed onto the topof the Screw Thread Bar (Part B) tightened down onto the top of the Cross Bar (Part A).

2. With the 3 front Screw Thread Bars (Part B), a SidePanel Lower Bracket (Part G) will need to be placedonto the top of the Screw Thread Bar (Part B).(See figure 3.1).

3. The front of the Side Panel Lower Brackets (Part G)will need to line up with the edge of the Bath (Part J).(See figure 3.2).

4. Once the Side Panel Lower Brackets (Part G) havebeen aligned with the front edge of the Bath (Part J),a Hex Nut (Part F) can be attached to the ScrewThread Bar (Part B) and tightened down onto theSide Panel Lower Brackets (Part G) to hold them inposition.(See figure 3.3)

Securing the side panelAt this point the clear lm on the bath can be removed and it is recommended the Bath (Part J) is used once. While being used, ensure the Bath (Part J) does not wobble on its legs. This will help to ensure the sealant willnot be pulled away from the wall when the user and the water is in the Bath (Part J). Make sure that after thisuse, the Bath (Part J) is still at the correct height for the side and end panels (if being used). Make sure the Bath(Part J) and adjacent wall are both clean and free from debris and dust. Apply the silicone using a standardsealant gun and smooth using a nger or the handle of a tea-spoon to get a ush water-tight nish.

1. The side and end panels can be installed at this point. The top of the panel will need to be positionedbetween the outside of the Side Panel Top Bracket(Part H) and the edge of the Bath (Part J). (See figure 6.0).

2. The side and/or end panel can then be straightenedup with the top edge of the panel tucked under theedge of the Bath (Part J) and the bottom of thepanel pushed up against the Side Panel Lower Bracket(Part G).(See figure 6.1)
