I started with a blank document

I then used the fill tool to fill in my background

I then Cop and pasted my main image in

I then inserted a shape with the box tool

I decided to ass sections into my contents page, making it easier to see what's in each section of the magazine

I then added in the heading for each section

I added the title and the info about the magazine . I also added whatshappening on each page

I then held Ctrl and click on the layers so I could draw inside the text. I then used a brush to give my text a speckled effect

I then added a screenshot of my DPS, so people know what to expect inside the magazine

For my editors not, I gave the image a drop shadow and drew a line underneath the signature to make it look more realistic using the menu shown and the pen tool
