Contest Rules 1. Sponsors. Connecticut Public Broadcasting, Inc. and Live Nation (collectively the "Sponsors") will award 5 (five) pairs of tickets for Jackson Browne on Thursday, May 10, 2018 at the Oakdale Theatre in Wallingford. The value of each prize is $110 (for 2 tickets). Participants must be at least 21 years of age to enter. Limit one (1) contest entry per person. 2. How to Enter. Entries may be made online at wnpr.org. Entries must be received by the end of the promotional period referred to in paragraph 4 below. No purchase is necessary to enter or to win. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, illegible or postage due entries, mail or email; or for any computer telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunction, failure, connection availability, jumbled transmission or service provider, Internet/website use net availability or accessibility, congestion, or unauthorized human intervention or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information, or the failure to capture such information. Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or website; to be in violation of the Terms of Service of the website, to be acting in violation of these Contest Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Sponsors will prosecute fraudulent activities to the fullest extent of the law. 3. Eligibility. Contest drawing is open only to Connecticut residents at least 21 years of age. Trustees and employees of Sponsors and immediate family members of Sponsors are not eligible to enter. The promotional period begins at 12 p.m. on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 and ends at 12 p.m. on Friday, December 8, 2017. At the end of the promotional period, the prize will be awarded by random drawing from all eligible entries and will be held at the offices of Connecticut Public Broadcasting, Inc., 1049 Asylum Ave., Hartford, Connecticut. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the drawing. 4. Conditions. Winner agrees to grant to Sponsors and those acting pursuant to their direction, the right to print publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the Internet, at any time or times the winner's name, picture, image voice and biographical information and for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without additional consideration, and, further without additional compensation, appear for or provide biographical information for use in any presentation or other activity which may include audio or audiovisual interviews. By accepting a prize, the winner releases and agrees to hold harmless the Sponsors, individually and collectively, and their respective trustees, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss or damage of any kind to person and/or property, arising in whole or in part, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, or participation in this Contest.
