• CPD – education, training, and learning activities that assist one in growing beyond current levels within your chosen profession (teaching English)

• Education – a program or process of acquiring knowledge (formal studies?)

• Training – an event or program of learning specific skills/abilities

• Development – a process or approach for realizing potential
