CONTRACT AMENDMENT BETWEEN

THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS

AND

ECONO-COMM, INC., D/B/A MOBILE COMMUNICATIONS

This is an Amendment to the Contract between the Florida Department of Corrections (“Department”) and Econo-Comm, Inc., d/b/a Mobile Communications, (“Contractor”) to provide a monthly fixed-priced maintenance cost, inclusive of labor, repair, parts and materials, for maintaining the Department’s two-way communications equipment for region II and IV facilities.

This Amendment: • Revises Section II., H., Staffing Regulation, to add #6. Utilization of E-Verify; • Replaces EXHIBIT A-EQUIPMENT INVENTORY & SITES LIST with Revised EXHIBIT

A-EQUIPMENT INVENTORY & SITES LIST, and • Replaces ATTACHMENT 1 with REVISED ATTACHMENT 1.

Original contract period: March 19, 2007 through March 18, 2010 Amendment #1: November 16, 2007 through March 18, 2010 Amendment #2: March 19, 2010 through March 18, 2013

In accordance with Section V., CONTRACT MODIFICATION; the following changes are hereby made:

1. Section II., H., 6. Utilization of E-Verify, is hereby added to read:

6. Utilization of E-Verify As required by State of Florida Executive Order Number 11-02, the Contractor identified in the Contract is required to utilize the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s E-Verify system to verify employment eligibility of: all persons employed during the contract term by the Contractor to perform employment duties within Florida; and all persons (including subcontractors) assigned by the Contractor to perform work pursuant to the Contract with the Department. 2. EXHIBIT A-EQUIPMENT INVENTORY & SITES LIST is hereby replaced with REVISED

EXHIBIT A-EQUIPMENT INVENTORY & SITES LIST. 3. ATTACHMENT 1 is hereby replaced with REVISED ATTACHMENT 1.

All other terms and conditions of the original Contract and any previous amendments remain in full force and effect. This Amendment shall begin on the date on which it is signed by both parties. IN WITNESS THEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Amendment to be executed by their undersigned officials as duly authorized.
