EightCloud’s Contract Management accelerator provides an accelerated path to a tool to track all contracts through a guided build effort based on pre-built building blocks.
Using custom dynamic page layouts, this tool can significantly reduce the maintenance overhead required by eliminating the need for multiple Salesforce page layouts. Enhanced administrative tools allow easy setup of new contract types without involving development.
Different types of contracts and agreements can be tracked all in the same tool with each displaying a unique set of fields specific to that type of contract while at the same time, the interface also provides consistency to the data by allowing fields that can be required across all types of contracts.
