Violence, Harassment and Discrimination• All contract workers are expected to

work in a respectful manner

– Any violent, harassing or discriminatory behaviour will not be tolerated and must be reported to a Toromont CAT employee or a p p yrepresentative of the Contract Employer.

– All contract workers are required to have completed Violence and Harassmentcompleted Violence and Harassment Awareness and Prevention Training prior to commencing work at a Toromont CAT job, project or jobsite.

Orientation Training• All contractors must review the Contractor orientation

annually• All contractors must carry proof of orientation with
