    MY WORK AS AN INTERN

As an intern there were various jobs that required our attentionreceiving helpline calls to sorting files and main

    records.

We were also sent for tie-ups to different outlets to persuade them to enter into a partnership with HelpAge regard

    AdvantAge card program.

For field work we were made to accompany the MMU for a full week to gain a better understanding and experien

    how it works.

We were asked to prepare case studies on different types of people having different problems, as well as delve int

Senior Citizen Maintenance Act to try and look into the matter of elder abuse.
