CONTROL VALVES SERIES FFF FAMILY 04 – GROUPS 150,151

Continuous process of research and innovation brought us to development of control valves series FFF: free-flow valves (45° body), extremely compact, controlled by a modulating actuator.

They are available with threaded or socket-weld ends, with actuator in epoxy-painted steel or stainless steel.

They find application in control of fluids (liquids, gases, steam and vapours) obtained through regulation of physical quantities (pressure, temperature, flow).

Socket welding.Pmax allowable (PS): 16 bar . Pmin allowable: 0 bar Seal: PTFE, EPDM, EPDM lined with PTFE. Tmax allowable: 170 °C with PTFE seal; 150 °C with EPDM seal; 150° EPDM lined with PTFE seal. Tmin allowable: 0 °C (liquid phase). Flow direction: 2-way globe valve, with unidirectional angle body. Air connection: 1/8” GAS (head Ø 200), 1/4" GAS (head Ø 275, Ø 360, Ø 430, Ø 530) Supply fluid: instrument air. Supply pipes: Pipe inner diameter = 4 mm, min. outer diameter = 6 mm, able to bear the supply Pmax under the

environment conditions. Supply pressure: 3÷15 PSI, 6÷18 PSI, 6÷30 PSI, 9÷32 PSI. Versions: with emergency handwheel; with pneumatic or electro-pneumatic positioner, electro-pneumatic transducer

and FRM sets (filter, regulator, manometer).
