• Cross reference your common mistakes work sheet.

How many errors can you spot?

• With a coloured pencil highlight them.

• Now discuss with a partner why you think these are errors.

…the common mistakes are:

• No labelling through directed arrows to specific areas on map

• Lyme Regis- incorrect spelling

• Dorset is a county NOT a country!

• Inaccurate data e.g. population size.

• Information has not been sourced

• Title is too vague
