The VC999 SR3620 High Speed Pack Collator-Stacker automatically stacks end of line packs up to a maximum height of 150mm.
The system can be placed prior to your manual or automatic packing operation, to form part of an automatic ‘end of line’ packaging system.
The SR3620 collator is capable of handling a variety of pack types, at speeds of up to 180 packs per minute. Main applications include all sliced products, red meat, cheese, poultry, seafood, fresh produce, hardware, and more...

The VC999 CO570 is designed to take multi-lane format matrices of thermoformed fresh food packs directly from the outfeed of a thermoformer and to channel them in a controlled manner into a single lane.
The first of a new generation of packaging automation systems from VC999, the CO570 incorporates new advanced control technology with decades of experience, making it more adaptable, easier to use, and a snap to maintain.
Automatic converging is now an affordable option for users of small and large thermoformers!
