Our conveyor pulleys are made in Australia with all materials sourced from reputable Australian suppliers which means they are built to last and operate in tough conditions. Pulley shells and end discs are manufactured from certified AS3678 Grade 250 mild steel plate. All our welds are performed to meet the stringent requirements of AS1554.5 and are ultrasonically tested in accordance with AS2207-2007 Level 2 and magnetic particle tested in accordance with AS1171-1998. All pulley weldments are thermally stress relieved in accordance with AS4458-1997. We also offer a Pulley Refurbishment Service to extend the life of your asset, saving you time and money. We provide a comprehensive Refurbishment Viability Report detailing the condition of the pulley supported with photos, dimensional data and NDT reports along with our quote.
