You are cordially invited to join us for our inaugural chapitre in the Cook Islands. We are

honoured to hold our chapitre here in Rarotonga and welcome you to share this special event

with us.

Rarotonga is the capital of the Cook Islands, a group of 15 small islands spread over an area

of ocean larger that the United Kingdom and Ireland combined, with a population of just 15,000

people.

Surrounded by the Pacific Ocean, Rarotonga is a favourite holiday destination for the New

Zealand and Australian markets and discerning travellers from around the world, find their

way here to experience an unspoiled and largely un-commercialised destination.

Join in the island festivities, island dancing, try the Umu Kai, go snorkelling with tropical fish

in the turquoise lagoons or go sailing on a vaka, try some of the best game fishing in the

world and stay on and visit our world famous Islands such as island of Aitutaki and the mystery

island of Atiu.

Try island style food and drinks, created by our talented Cook Island Chefs, celebrating the

delicious fresh, local and seasonal cuisine served with a Kia Orana and that special island

smile.

We have no global hotel brands and many of our accommodation properties are quite small

but also of a high standard. Below we give you some options for your visit to help celebrate

the intronisation of our membership

Everyone is welcome to take a seat our table in the traditional style of La Chaîne des

Rôtisseurs Cook Islands. We are inviting the rest of the world to join us and experience our

unforgettable Island Style hospitality in one of the most beautiful settings in the world.

The formal events planned are as below, along with accommodation options and tours to

Aitutaki and Atiu.

Tuesday, April 12th

Included in pricing is our cocktail event from 6 pm until 8 pm where we will welcome all to a

Sunset Welcome Event with local entertainment. We will enjoy wonderful finger food and

accompanying drinks.

Wednesday, April 13th

Day at leisure:

Optional Evening event featuring Cook Islands influenced cuisine and entertainment which

we encourage participants to attend.

Other optional activities will be organised and offered on this day to members attending

Thursday, April 14th

Induction Ceremony and Gala Dinner

10:00 am Induction Ceremony

Rest of day at leisure:

7:00 pm Gala Dinner

Long table Gala Dinner. Excellent local cuisine, professional and dedicated staff will definitely

make this evening an unforgettable experience

Arrangements for accommodation and registration will be undertaken by the Turama Pacific

Travel Group in Rarotonga

Everyone visiting the Cook Islands should take the opportunity to visit Aitutaki. If however you don’t have much time, then take the Award Winning Day Tour of Aitutaki. The Aitutaki Day Tour is a full day excursion featuring one of the most beautiful lagoons in the world. It’s an early start for this tour with pickup around 7 am, flight to Aitutaki, tour of the islands, followed by a magical Lagoon Cruise on The Vaka with lunch. Return to Rarotonga at 5.30 pm
