Ingredients:•2 eggs

•Half a cup of white sugar•Half a cup of brown sugar

•Three quarter cup of vegetable oil•1 teaspoon (tsp) vanilla

•1 ½ tsp cinnamon•2 cups chocolate chips

•1 ¼ cup of flour•1 tsp baking powder

•Pinch of salt

Method:•Beat the eggs with the vanilla, then add the sugar and mix. Next add the oil, oats, chocolate chip. Finally add

the cinnamon, flour, baking powder and salt.

•Heat the oven to 325 degrees (number 4). Grease a cookie sheet and

drop the cookie dough using a teaspoon. Bake for about 15 minutes.•Take out of oven and allow to rest for

about 10 minutes before removing them.

The ingredients: •For the dough:•2 ½ cup of flour .•1 cup of butter.

•1 cup of powder sugar .•1 egg.

•1 tablespoon of vanilla.•½ teaspoon of salt.

•For custard:•3 yolk.

•½ a cup of sugar.•1 teaspoon of vanilla.•½ a cup of flour.•¾ a cup of milk. •2 tablespoon of

butter.•1 teaspoon of lemon

peel.•For garnish: orange

Method: •Make the custard by mix the

yolk with the sugar. Add vanilla and flour.

•Preheat milk and pour it in yolk mixture. Reheat the mixture and

add the butter and the lemon peel. Continued to stir to make it

like the cream .Then put the custard in the freezer to 1 hour.•Put the butter with sugar and

mix them .add the egg and vanilla .Now add the flour with the salt. Mix all ingredients to make the dough .Put the dough in freezer

to 20 minutes.•Spread the dough and place it in molds. Bake the dough in the oven

to 10 minutes.•Put the custard in each piece .

And decorate it by orange pieces.

Ingredients :•3 cups of milk or water

Recipe:•peel the Avocados and wash it

sugar in the plunder .•cut the banana in to a circle shape .

1 cup (200g) caster sugar110g butter

•In a medium bowl, cream together the sugar and butter. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.

•Combine flour and baking powder, add to the creamed mixture in two batches, stirring well. Gradually mix in the milk until smooth.

•Mix together the cocoa and water to form a paste.•Spoon half of the cupcake mixture into a second bowl. Stir in the cocoa mixture until combined.

Spoon mixture into the prepared tin, filling cups 3/4 full. Repeat with the vanilla cupcake mixture.•Bake cupcakes for 20-25 minutes. They are done when they spring back to the touch. Top with

your favourite cream .

Ingredients: •Flour - 4 tbsp

•Cocoa - two tablespoons •Sugar - 4 tablespoons

•Eggs - 1

Baking powder - quarter teaspoon •oil - 3 tbsp

How to prepare: In a bowl, mix all ingredients

together. Pour the mixture halfway into two

cupsPut the cups in the microwave for

two minutes and then cover it with chocolate sauce or ice cream .

Ingredients :•1 cube of maggi•2 cups of water •½ cup of birds tongue macaroni•2 spoon of oil

Recipe:•Pour 2 spoon of oil.

•Add ½ cup of bird tongue macaroni.

•Leave them above the fire at a normal

temperature till it become red.

•Add the 2 cups of water.•Stir the mixture .

•Add 1 cube of maggi.•Stir the mixture .

•Leave them 45 min and also check them every 20

minutes.

Ingredients :•1 medium onion finely chopped

•2 cloves of garlic chopped•2 carrots peeled and sliced

•1 small potato diced•1 vegetable both cube•1/4 cup of light cream

•4-6 cups of water•1/4 cup of chopped coriander

•Salt and pepper to taste

Recipe:Sautee the onions, garlic and carrots until tender. Add potatoes and then

water, salt and pepper to taste. Allow to boil. Once the carrots and potatoes are soft remove from fire. Wait for about 10 minutes and then put into a blender and blend at high speed to

make puree. Put back into pot and add coriander and finally add cream. Allow

to simmer for a few minutes.

Ingredients :•One piece of avocado•Quarter cup of sugar

•Two scoops of vanilla ice cream•One cup of milk

Recipe:•Mix all the ingredients together. •To decorate add: cardamom and

honey.

Ingredients :- Freshly squeezed lemon

- 2 ice cubes- 1 glass of water

- Blender- serving glasses

Recipe:Fill quarter of the mixer with lemon juice and the rest of the jug with

water.Put in the mixer as much as you want

from sugar and ice and mix them

Ingredients :•6 tablespoons sugar.

•4 cups water. •¼ cup fresh lemon juice. •¼ cup fresh mint leaves.

•To decorate:•Ice cubes and mint leaves with stem.

Recipe:•Put the sugar, water and lemon juice in a blender until the sugar dissolves. •Add the mint leaves and blend for a

quarter of a minute. •Drain through a strainer narrow and

cool in the refrigerator. •When serving add ice cubes, juice,

then add mint leaves.

onion- then add to them hummus , corn and

red beans- for the perfect taste , add the

dressing which include : olive oil , salt , and lemon juice

Ingredients :• 1 cup orange - 1 cup grapes

• 1/2 banana - 1 kiwi• 1/2 red apple - 2 tbsp. cocktail juice

• 1/2 or 1 mango• 1/2 water melon to decorate it.

Recipe:-First, choose your fruits, pick up fresh fruit from the farmer's market or your local grocery

store and make sure that they are ripe and ready to put into salad. If they are not ripe enough, then the salad will be a bit tough to chew. It is better for them to be a bit over ripe than unripe so

that the flavors blend. For this simple fruit salad , you 'll need : orange , grapes , banana , red apples , kiwi , and mango .

-Next, wash all of your fruits. It's important to wash all of your fruits before you dice them into a salad.

- Then, halve your grapes, if you want the salad to be easy to eat without having to (run) into any grapes pits, then you should halve 1 cup of red grapes before you put them into the salad. Just cut

each grapes half and remove its pit.- After that , Place 1 cup of orange , 1 cup of grapes , 1/2 of a red apples , 1/2 of a banana , 1/2 or 1 mango , and 1 kiwi on a cutting board and dice them into bite-sized pieces , measuring over 1 inch

(2-5 cm) .-Finally, place all the fruit in a bowl. You can coat the bowl in 2 tbsp. of lemon juice first to sweeten the fruit and keep them from oxidizing quickly, or use cocktail juice if you want.

- Enjoy this dish at room temperature or slightly chilled. Pair this with a glass of orange juice to help bring out its fruity flavor.

Ingredients :• 1 ( 16 ounce ) package refrigerated cheese tortellini.

• 2 chicken breasts.• 1 pinch garlic powder.

• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. • 2 cups heavy whipping cream.• 1/3 grated parmesan cheese.

• 2 tablespoons butter.• 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley.• 1/3 pound sliced fresh mushrooms.

• 1 teaspoon salt.• 1 lemon.

Recipe:• Wash the chicken breasts with the lemon. Then cut it to small pieces.

• bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. • Add tortellini. Cook, stirring occasionally until tortellini float to the top

• And filling is hot. About 5 minutes.• Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir chicken breasts in hot oil until no longer

pink in the center. About almost 10 minutes.• Melt butter in another skillet over medium heat; Cook and stir mushrooms and garlic powder until mushrooms

begin to soften. About 3 minutes. • Stir heavy cream into mushrooms and bring to a boil. (reduce heat to medium-low) and simmer until slightly

thickened, about 3 minutes.• Add parmesan cheese, parsley and salt and continue to cook until cheese is welted, About 1 minute.

• Stir tortellini and chicken into mushrooms-cream souse, simmer until heated through, About 2 minutes.• And serve it in a plate.

Ingredients :4 boneless chicken breasts

1 cup of finely chopped parsley1/2 cup of chopped sundried tomatoes

2 cloves of garlic finely chopped1 tablespoon of lemon zest

1/4 cup of feta cheese1/4 cup of rosemary

Salt and pepper to taste

Recipe:• First of all pile the parsley, basil and sun-dried tomatoes on a chopping board with a pinch of pepper and a drizzle of oil

from the jar of tomatoes.

• Crush over the garlic (no need to peel) and then finely chop everything together, mixing as you go. Crumble over the feta

cheese and mix altogether again along with the lemon zest.

• .Tear off a big sheet of greaseproof paper and line up the chicken breasts on it, skin down. Using a small and sharp knife,

cut into the chicken breasts to make a small opening where the stuffing can hide.

• You want to be able to fit quite a bit in there, but also make it so it can close back up and not fall apart.

• Divide the filling into the chicken breasts, squashing it in and folding the chicken over to cover it.

• Put a large frying pan over medium heat with a lug of oil. Place the chicken breasts in skin side down. Take a new piece of

greaseproof paper (throw the raw chicken one away!) slightly bigger than the saucepan. Scrunch it up into a ball, rinse it under

the tap, and then fold back out. This makes the paper soft so it can mould into whatever shape you like.

• Tuck it over the chicken as a cover. After abut 5-10 minutes in the frying pan, the chicken should be golden underneath.

• Carefully turn the chicken breasts over and throw the rosemary on top. Cover again with the greaseproof paper. After

another 5-10 minutes depending on the size of the chicken breasts, remove the chicken from the pan and place on a chopping

board.

• Carefully slice through the chicken to make sure it is cooked all the way through. If they aren't cooked through, then pop

back in the pan for a bit longer on whichever side needs more time, and if they are cooked through then serve. Done!

Tuna Sandwich Ingredients :

-1 Canned Tuna.-4 tblsp of mayonnaise ( It'll be better if you use mayonnaise with black pepper ).

-Half a lemon juice.-2 lettuce leaves ( or as much as you want ).

-Toast bread.

Recipe:-Squeeze the half lemon and make sure that

the liquid lemon has no seeds .-Open the canned tuna and purify it from

the water inside it.-Cut the lettuce leaves to small pieces.

-Into a bowl, mix the tuna, mayonnaise, the cut lettuce leaves and the lemon juice well.

-Rub the toast bread with the mixture made earlier.

-Bon a petit!

You can eat Mayonnaise Tuna Sandwich either in the breakfast or the dinner. It'll

be delicious with a cup of tea or orange juice.

-2 medium onions chopped-500 g diced chicken breast

-½ cup coriander chopped-½ cup parsley chopped-Salt, pepper to taste

Recipe:1. Chop onions and put it on the pan with a

bit of water 2. Add coped chicken , some salt and

pepper3. After the chicken being cooked we take

it off the pan 4. add chopped Coriander and Parsley to

the mixture5. prepare the paste

6. Stuff the dough with the mixture and rape it

7. Heat the oil on the stove 8. Fry it and then serve .

S&M rolls Ingredients :-1 egg

-Samoosa sheets-Triangle cheese

-Corn flakes-Condensed milk

Recipe:• Separate each samoosa sheets• Leave them to thaw to a minutes

• Put the cheese on top of the sheet• Roll it

• To close the rolls you should brush beaten egg to the rolls to stick to each

other • Fry the rolls

• Then get them out when they become red

• After getting them out put them above a paper towel to get them dry from the oil • Dip them to the condensed milk • Dip them again to the corn flakes

• Enjoy eating S&M Rolls
