Mitigation

Vodafone Obtain shipping documents from all Suppliers and engage SCM early (By 16 Aug 2013)

Vodafone will work with Eaton to agree practical solutions/scenario to use such sites

Daily engage with relevant signatories to finish their part ahead of their personal SLAs

RF Team to release buffer sites for immediate evaluation of alternative sites to meet the target

RF & Tx Teams to evaluate possibility of using available heights or replace such sites with better options

HW MS to assign resources to support any FS involved in rehoming with Rollout worksReduce the number of sites

planned to come live in regions where rehoming is going on at the same time.

Obtain DCN plan for critical hubs and monitor progress frequently

Engage CEG and SBC to agree the number of teams on paper with default penalty or engage more SBC outside the

agreed SBCs
