you are medically classified as underweight.

If you’re thinking of snacking on nuts, make sure that you eat less than an
ounce. Anything more will be too heavy for your digestive system, which
means that much of your energy will be expended on digesting the nuts,
and not beautifying your skin, hair and nails.
In addition to these tenets, you’ll want to ensure that you eat a vegetarian
dinner at least three times each week. Bonus points if you eat meatless
dinners more often than that.
Once again, it’s important to note that this might be a massive change from
what you’re used to eating – and you may be tempted to resort to some of
your favourite foods from the past.
If this happens, don’t beat yourself up about it or throw out the Natural
Beauty Cleanse altogether. Just increase the portion sizes of your next
Beauty Cleanse meals, with a particular emphasis on eating more leafy
greens.
If you’re craving dessert, give yourself a sweet tooth fix you can crave by
drinking herbal tea or unsweetened almond milk. To help sweeten it up,
you can add a bit of stevia, which should give you the sweet tooth fix

If you’re really desperate for something sweet, you can have some dark
