    1 ounce brandy 1 ounce dark crème de cacao 1 ounce cream Ground nutmeg for garnish

    Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a dusting of nutmeg.

    Allies Cocktail

    1½ ounces London Dry Gin 1½ ounces dry Vermouth 2 dashes of Russian Kummel

    Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Stir well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

    Angel's Tit

    ¼ ounce white crème de cacao ¼ ounce maraschino liqueur ¼ ounce half and half cherry for garnish

    Pour the white crème de cacao into a cordial or cocktail glass. Float the maraschino liqueur on top. Float the half and half on top. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

    Bishop

    3 oz. rum 1 oz. red wine 1 tsp simple syrup Juice of ½ a lime

    Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Strain into a chilled red wine glass.

    Black Stripe

    2 ounces dark rum 1 teaspoon molasses or honey Hot water Lemon twist Cinnamon stick for garnish

    Pour the dark rum and molasses or honey into an Irish coffee glass. Twist a lemon twist over the glass and drop it into the glass. Fill the glass with hot water. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

    Black Velvet

    4 oz. Champagne 4 oz. chilled stout

    Pour the Champagne into a beer mug, pint glass or Champagne flute. Slowly pour the stout on top.

    Bloody Mary

    3 ounces tomato juice 1 ½ ounces vodka ½ ounce lemon juice 1 dash of Worcestershire sauce Celery salt Ground pepper Hot pepper sauce to taste Horseradish to taste (optional) Celery stalk and/or pickle spear for garnish Lemon and/or lime wedge for garnish

    Build the liquid ingredients in a highball glass over ice cubes. Stir well. If you feel like trying a fun mixing technique, try rolling this one. Add the seasonings to taste. Garnish with a lemon or lime and celery or pickle.

    Blue Blazer

    2 ounces Scotch 1 ½ounces boiling water Sugar for sweetening to taste Lemon peel for garnish

    Pour the Scotch, water and sugar into a heat-resistant mug with a handle. Light the mix on fire. While still ablaze, roll the mix into an identical mug and back again 4-5 times. Pour the mix into another heat resistant cup with a lemon peel, then put one of the mugs

    over top to extinguish the flames. NOTES

    Boulevardier Cocktail

    1½ ounces bourbon 1 ounce sweet vermouth 1 ounce Campari Orange twist

    In a mixing glass, combine all ingredients. Add ice. Stir vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist

    Build the ingredients in a wine or old-fashioned glass filled with crushed ice. Stir. Add fruit garnishes (skewered or piled on top of the ice) and serve with a straw.

    3 ounces Gin 1 ounce sweet vermouth Dash of maraschino liqueur Two dashes orange bitters orange peel for garnish

    Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Stir well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange peel.

    1½ ounces bourbon whiskey 1½ ounces dry vermouth 2 dashes orange bitters

    Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Stir well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

    Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Shake vigorously (more than normal to properly mix the egg and sugar). Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

    Club Cocktail

    2 ounces brandy ½ ounce maraschino liqueur ½ ounce pineapple juice 2 dashes bitters Lemon peel for garnish Strawberry for garnish

    Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon peel and strawberry.

    Coffee Cocktail

    1½ ounces Cognac or brandy 1½ ounces ruby port Small egg 1 teaspoon simple syrup Fresh grated nutmeg for garnish

    Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well (more than usual to ensure the egg is properly mixed). Strain into a port or sour glass. Dust the top with freshly grated nutmeg.

    ½ ounces rye whiskey 1½ ounces Yellow Chartreuse liqueur 1½ ounces Benedictine liqueur 1 egg 1 teaspoon simple syrup (2 parts sugar, 1 part water Bring the water to a boil.

    Dissolve the sugar into the boiling water, stirring constantly) Cinnamon for garnish Nutmeg for garnish

    Beat the egg and syrup in a mixing glass. Add the other ingredients and ice. Shake vigorously to ensure the egg is properly mixed. Strain into two, well-chilled cocktail glasses. Dust with grated nutmeg and cinnamon.

    4 ounces strong, rich hot coffee 1 ounce Irish whiskey 2 tsp brown sugar 1 ounce lightly whipped double cream

    Pour the sugar then coffee into a warm Irish coffee glass, mug, or other heat-proof stemmed glass.

    1 sugar cube 3 dashes bitters 2 orange slices 3 ounces bourbon whiskey Maraschino cherry for garnish

    Place the sugar cube at the bottom of an old-fashioned glass. Saturate the cube with bitters. Add one orange slice. Muddle these ingredients. Fill the glass with ice cubes. Add the bourbon and stir well. Garnish with a second orange slice and a maraschino cherry.
