VHT Photo Ordering and Management System

Our new automated system is simple and convenient.

Once you have entered your new listing in Taxi, You can easily access the order form through Taxi.

1. ORDERING. � Go to TAXI.

� Go to the Listing page of the property you need to order photos for and click on the green

PHOTOS button on the top left hand side of the page.

OR

Click on the Header “Enter New Listing” or “Listings Dept Tool” to access the page where you

would normally upload your Listing images.

� Select the Exclusive Listing you would like to order photo for and click “Order Photos” under

the Action menu.

Scheduling Option 1 -Enhanced Scheduling: Ideal for getting the quickest appointment

� Provide VHT with two appointment windows using the calendar on the order form. If ordering

before 2:00 pm, the first preferred shoot date and time can be the next business afternoon. The

alternate shoot date and time should not be the same day.

� Available windows:

a. Morning (8 a.m. – 11 a.m.)

b. Mid Day (11 a.m. – 2 p.m.)

c. Late Afternoon (2 p.m. – 6 p.m.)

After you submit your order VHT will email you a confirmed appointment day and time. This will be sent

within 4 business hours of your order.

Order Form in TAXI

Scheduling Option 2 - Preferred Photographer: Ideal for working with your favorite VHT photographer.

If you have a favorite VHT Photographer, then you can select to have all your orders for new listings

directed to your Preferred Photographer. After placing each new listing order online in TAXI, your

Preferred Photographer will contact you directly on your cell phone and work with you to schedule all of

your appointments. This allows you more flexibility and the ability to request a specific day and time with

enough advance notice.

2. ORDER COMPLETION.

Within 1 to 2 business days after the appointment, you will receive an email directly from VHT with

detailed instructions and a link to your photographs. This indicates that your photographs are available at

Xpressdocs and will be sent to TAXI. Images are uploaded to TAXI at 12:45pm, 5:45pm, and

1:30am.VHT must have your web number on file to upload through TAXI.

TAXI - You can manage your newly purchased photographs in TAXI. Any photographs, once selected for

display, can be dragged and dropped to determine the order they will appear on Corcoran.com.

To find your Photographs in TAXI:

• Click on the “Photos” button within your Exclusive.

• Scroll to the bottom, “Not Shown on corcoran.com” section

• Select “Show on Corcoran”

• Click Refresh

• Click Save and return

• Your images will appear on corcoran.com within 2 hours
